NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have tried to call twice waiting about 2 hours each time
I have chatted online 4 time, it tried to connect and then said try later
I have left 2 emails
I need to complete this course within a certain time, the clock is ticking
I am out the money and have wasted so much time
Do not do business with these turds. They will never mail you the hard copy of the defensive driving certificate. They will only email you one. Customer service sucks they will make up excuses after excuses. I used there service back in February 2021 and I still have never received a hard copy to give my personal auto insurance company. I had to email the electronic one I got from these turds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE THEY ARE A VERY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY THAT CHARGES YOU 39.95 AND NEVER FULLFIL A SIMPLE THING AS MAIL YOU THE HARD COPY. THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES ABOUT MAIL IT OUT BUT YOU NEVER GET ONE FROM THEM! I WISH I HAD AN OPTION TO GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STAR BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE! I have used this course for many years and it was always ok but i just had to re-due my defensive driving course and I paid for it with a Premier pass which is a guarantee passing kind of thing. I did it and was surprised when I got half way thru and got a few questions wrong and was locked out. I called and was on hold for 40 mins and then it happen again when i was at end of the course and i tried to call, write, email and nothing! Finally the chat person tells me i have to pay again because this happen. He didn't care or anything. I will NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I don't know what happen to this company but I will never use them and I will continue to tell others to never use them again! I rather sit in a live class because I will for sure pass. This locking out stuff is a joke!
They lock you out of account even though you have user name and password! Then tell you to purchase again and start course all over! They refuse to refund any money
I saw the add online, the price is really attractive, under $30 for the defensive driving class. I was about 70% done after 4 long hrs of watching the class and passing all the test. When I got to session 3, at the quiz I failed 3 times on the chapter test and I just got a message: "Sorry you fail, must register again and retake the entire program". IS that fair?. I thought the would let me retake just the chapter again...and not the entire class...and to repay on top of that! I THINK IT'S BECAUSE I DIDN'T TAKE THE PREMIUM PACKAGE, THAT INCLUDES EXTRA COSTS.
THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was blocked twice. I was told they can only reverse the block once. I was blocked only by clicking "resume course". I spoke to two idiots from customer service both with nasty attitudes AND ARE NO HELP. THEY ALSO DONT DO REFUNDS. This company is scam if I could give no stars I would. I hope they go out of business. I am done with this company, and I will be filing a dispute
I took pre licensing course and was blocked for some wrong security answers.
I wasted 5-6 hours and now they are asking for reregistration. It is scam stay away.
They locked me out of account after one $#*!ing question. "What is your favorite breakast food?" I answered it incorrectly and then got locked out of my account.
Sub par site... use another one if you can. Very user unfriendly, site and customer service crashed midway through my test. Not willing to help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
I signed up for the course with AAA. But after trying to do the course by answering questions on my iPhone, I got locked out for answering questions wrong. All I did was hit the back button my browser and then forward. Complained and got a refund. Fine. Whatever. Not going to do that again.
Signed up for what I thought was a different program through the NY Safety Council and ended up BACK WITH THE SAME TEST WITH CERTUS. Turns out it's backend service by Certus with multiple front end entry points through reputable companies. And their program is not even mobile device compatible. Forget about trying to click the tiny arrows in their horrible UI on your phone.
They ask for way too much biometric info, customer support is rude af if you don't give them your DOB OVER CHAT, which is completely risky, THE DON'T NEED YOUR VOICE BIOMETRICS, and if you don't complete the course in 30 days, you've got to pay again. No refunds given.
I HATE THIS COMPANY FOR TAKING MY MONEY!
They changed their business and now are lockinng customers out when some of the answers to the quizs are wrong. And they ask you to retake the entire course and repay for the registration fee.

After asking me to re register and pay again because of questionable personal question answers I decided to go with a more responsible company
Don't waste your money. The platform is a scam to make you re -register and pay multiple times. They refused a refund too.

I am deaf and I am unable to do voice authentication. I have issues with Live Chat with JEANETTE and RHONDA. I was on a live chat and that person ended the conversation when I was not done. I waited a long time and I didn't get what I need. My account is locked when I tried to do biometrics verification. It is IMPOSSIBLE to do this because I will need to use an interpreter service to unlock my account. The biometrics verification has a time limit and I was not able to complete the information to unlock my account. I explained to live chat that I didn't have an issue with logging in to my account and was able to waive the voice part because I CAN'T do the voice part.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this service. This is not a deaf-friendly service. This is against the ADA law for not being able to accommodate our needs.
I am only ONE module away from being able to complete the course and I've been trying to get in my account.
All of this, I spent was trying to get in the course more than learning the course.
I would NOT recommend this course to Deaf people.
This website is a scam. They blocked me out the course and wanted me to pay to retake it. Please do not go with this company
Unless you want to take the course over again and repay I suggest you purchase the premium program I found it to be a wast of 5 hours of my time!
