Bought on 03/24/21 finished that day there system said I didn't finished a second time on 04/13/21 waited for certificate still 60 days later no certificate no one will get back to you no one knows anything. I will never use this site again the only thing they are 100% on is taking your money save your time people go someplace else.
You are better off going to a defensive driving course near by. There is no type of customer support and the chances of you being locked out of the course and having to be force to repay for it again are super HIGH! Please do yourself the favor and save your money. Find another alternative. You are welcome.
Steer clear of this website. Their voice recognition will lock you out and you would be stuck with live chat with no one to assist you. I believe they are just out there to get your money. Its sad that this company is on Ny DMV website as legit course website.
THIS IS A SCAM! They locked me out of my account after 2 tries, got in contact with them, they unlocked my account free of charge, and as I was working on module 2 answers I was locked out again after they claimed I had 3 wrong answers! I've disputed this with

I was halfway through the course and by accident I answered one (of many) of my security questions incorrectly. The site offered a "Retry" which I then answered correctly. Then they blocked my account stating I had too many attempts to log back in.
When I went to the Chat area to discuss, no response. It did not send my request through. Finally, I sent an email. They responded sorry for the error please send us additional info and left me with the thought that this will be ok. I just received an email stating the account is no longer available. I can re-register and if I pay an additional fee I can avoid being blocked out the next time...I told them their service is disgusting and this is just a way to make more money rather than helping people. This is not a service I would recommend to anyone. I wasted over 3 hours of my time.
This was an amazingly frustrating experience. The voice recognition security feature is over the top. Like another reviewer, I was 2.5 hours into the course and missed and question (with tricky wording) and was locked out. The only remedy is to pay another $25 and take the entire course again. So the company makes more money when people fail, which just seems wrong.
The DMV really had new rule in place where it literally makes you retake the entire test the entire 4-5 hours you answered correctly and completed chapters in. That seems like a technical issue and customer service yields to the rules which is so pointless.
Wish I saw these reviews prior to spending 4.5 hours and then getting blocked. I was almost done and missed some questions and boom blocked. Wants me to re-register and pay again. I'm disputing with my credit card company.
I don't recomend this school, I completed a defensive driving course and I payed for overnight shipping and I never go the certificate which I need for court. My court was rescheduled and I had to get in touch with them about the certificate and they said it was going to take 5 days to get it even though I payed $29 for over night shipping. All they did was disconnect chat

My money went out the window. Today was the late day to complete it. I set the time aside and was actually enjoying going thru the modules and found the info interesting. I had no issue doing the voice recognition security. No issue logging in and out. The security questions are not correct regarding "attempts" as well as answers. While working my way through the sections, my Grandkids came in with Halloween Costumes. I turned my attention away (tho I had clicked "keep me logged in") for 20 min or so. That was the end of that. Can't get back in. I agree with the others. It's a scam to collect the fee multiple times. They will find or create a reason to do so. If you get a call, make a cup of coffee or burn toast... you lose. IMHO: Completely unrealistic. DON'T DO IT.

I've done the safety driver course with other companies and never had a problem. I tried this one and it was awful. It's a scam to take your money, you have to avoid this business. Even registering was a red flag with a ton of security questions.
They've changed the course so much that it feels like a scam. If you answer the questions wrong, they lock you out and expect you to reregister and pay again every time, no matter where you are in the course. I was emailing with them and they were very quick to reply, until I ask for a refund. Twice. They stopped answering. There's nothing in the fine print when you pay that says this will be the case. Horrible business. Do not recommend. Find another course that doesn't try to steal money from you.
I paid $20 and started taking the 6 hour course with NY Safety Council. Almost halfway through (about 2 hours in), when answering the quiz question (you must answer 1 of 3 correctly), I answered the first 2 incorrectly and before I could answer the third, the screen showed that I had incorrectly answered it and locked me out of the course. It took 45 minutes for the Chat person to respond, and then another 4-5 minutes between each response. Finally was told that I had to re-register...period. When I asked about the problem with the 3rd question for which I was improperly shut out, there was no response. After 10 minutes I left the website without any recourse but to pay another $20 to retake the entire course. I went to another site, IDriveSafely.com. Took the course without a glitch. Seems like I am joining many others in warning about this site.
Looked at these reviews seeing if anyone has gotten an answer from costumer service. I've wasted over 20 hours on hold or on live chat trying to tell someone I never got my certificate. Live chat says only 20 min wait but I've waited 8 hours one day no one answered.
It's created in specific way that you'll purchase it again and again. Many ways to make mistakes and you'll failed entire course. Don't buy it. There even cheaper courses from Chinese guys
I spent many hours taking the course. The course took many more hours than it should have. I lost an entire weekend completing the course and I cannot get an answer as to where my Certificate of Completion is. I lost money and so much time. You can't get anyone on the phone, no email responses, no live chat. It is a complete scam. I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. I don't know what to do at this point. I hope others are smarter than I was and they look for reviews before signing up. So angry!
Just got off phone with customer service, after having been RESTARTED TWICE! I have already spent over 10 hrs on this crap course that keeps glitching and telling me I failed a quiz, WHICH I DID NOT. I've done it twice already so know every answer. I get to the last module, refresh the page bc the platform DOESNT WORK PROPERLY and it decided that I failed a quiz and had to RESTART AGAIN FOR A 3RD TIME! Oh and no refund bc "I started the course already." DO NOT USE THIS COURSE! NOTHING BUT WASTING YOUR TIME AND CLOWNS FOR AN IT DEPARTMENT THAT CANT FIX THEIR CRAP PLATFORM! My $25 is now a donation to a bunch of clowns.
1. Login using voice recording and QR code both tried and failed again and again and finally with the chat help took an hour and finally got in. All kinds error showed up.
2. Worst thing happened after I finished and passed Module 1 and 2. At Module 3 (when I finished 70% of the entire course), I made a wrong answer of a question for Vehicle emergeny chapter and the next I saw an error message that my course is blocked and I have to purchase and register again and have to take entire course. Should get no star at all. I spent almost 7 hours on their site by now.
This site used to be legit. I believe it was bought out by a new company sometime recently. The customer service is not real. The course does not yield a certificate. I had to go through my bank to dispute this charge. AND it's still listed on the DMV website as legit. IT IS NOT.
