Do not do business with these turds. They will never mail you the hard copy of the defensive driving certificate. They will only email you one. Customer service sucks they will make up excuses after excuses. I used there service back in February 2021 and I still have never received a hard copy to give my personal auto insurance company. I had to email the electronic one I got from these turds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE THEY ARE A VERY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY THAT CHARGES YOU 39.95 AND NEVER FULLFIL A SIMPLE THING AS MAIL YOU THE HARD COPY. I've done the safety driver course with other companies and never had a problem. I tried this one and it was awful. It's a scam to take your money, you have to avoid this business. Even registering was a red flag with a ton of security questions.

Ripoff?.you must fill out the survey to start the course.if you fail one of the modules you have to reregister again and pay a new registration fees.the course contains error your timer is off meaning if you are listening the recorder and it it done talking you have to wait few minutes for the timer to finish before you answer the question.you waist half your time listening to statistics vs learning.and most of the questions are about how many and how much vs education how to avoid accident and learn safety.I think the whole industries are about their pockets vs reduction of accidents or the safety of the people

You are better off going to a defensive driving course near by. There is no type of customer support and the chances of you being locked out of the course and having to be force to repay for it again are super HIGH! Please do yourself the favor and save your money. Find another alternative. You are welcome.

1. Login using voice recording and QR code both tried and failed again and again and finally with the chat help took an hour and finally got in. All kinds error showed up.
2. Worst thing happened after I finished and passed Module 1 and 2. At Module 3 (when I finished 70% of the entire course), I made a wrong answer of a question for Vehicle emergeny chapter and the next I saw an error message that my course is blocked and I have to purchase and register again and have to take entire course. Should get no star at all. I spent almost 7 hours on their site by now.

They changed their business and now are lockinng customers out when some of the answers to the quizs are wrong. And they ask you to retake the entire course and repay for the registration fee.

STAY AWAY, IT'S A SCAM

I never even answered a question on the 1st quiz and they failed me and locked me out. I waited hours for a reponce on CHAT but never got one. I think this is a scam! I wish I could have rated 0 stars!

They've changed the course so much. If you answer the security questions wrong, they block you out and expect you to reregister and pay again every time, no matter where you are in the course. I have reached module 4 and three courses to go, they blocked me after I failed security questions. I believe I answered the right security question-the color of car. Ask me to re-register the course and start from the beginning. This is totally unfair for the students to reregister the course and start from the beginning. Please don't take this online course. Thank you.

After paying $19.95 (red flag) for the online defensive driving course and providing too much personal information drivers license #,insurance policy # etc the system blocked me from taking the course. It asks what state did I get a ticket in. I have no tickets and there is no way to enter that so system blocked me from competing course. They did not respond to emails and was left hanging on the phone. I think they are mining for information and not sure why they are allowed to operate.

Cero rating it's not good! Don't try they like steal you money they blocked your course to pay again

I paid $20 and started taking the 6 hour course with NY Safety Council. Almost halfway through (about 2 hours in), when answering the quiz question (you must answer 1 of 3 correctly), I answered the first 2 incorrectly and before I could answer the third, the screen showed that I had incorrectly answered it and locked me out of the course. It took 45 minutes for the Chat person to respond, and then another 4-5 minutes between each response. Finally was told that I had to re-register...period. When I asked about the problem with the 3rd question for which I was improperly shut out, there was no response. After 10 minutes I left the website without any recourse but to pay another $20 to retake the entire course. I went to another site, IDriveSafely.com. Took the course without a glitch. Seems like I am joining many others in warning about this site.

I have had nothing but problems. Finished course-still says in progress. Chat feature never connects you-have tried chat at least 10 times. Spent 4 hours on hold-no one ever answered. Emailed 3X…no response (says will reply within 24 hours).

I was emailing with them and they were very quick to reply, until I ask for a refund. Twice. They stopped answering. There's nothing in the fine print when you pay that says this will be the case. Horrible business. Do not recommend. Find another course that doesn't try to steal money from you.

This website is designed to deceive you, and at the first opportunity they take your money.
This company takes your money and if you make a mistake with the security of the system, which has nothing to do with the course answers, they keep the money and they will not return it to you, no matter what you say, no matter what you do.

No response after 48 hours, let the phone stay on for four hours no reponse, online chat a sham no help.

I have used this course for many years and it was always ok but i just had to re-due my defensive driving course and I paid for it with a Premier pass which is a guarantee passing kind of thing. I did it and was surprised when I got half way thru and got a few questions wrong and was locked out. I called and was on hold for 40 mins and then it happen again when i was at end of the course and i tried to call, write, email and nothing! Finally the chat person tells me i have to pay again because this happen. He didn't care or anything. I will NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I don't know what happen to this company but I will never use them and I will continue to tell others to never use them again! I rather sit in a live class because I will for sure pass. This locking out stuff is a joke!

This course was enjoyable until they made new changes. I tried taking the course today and got two questions wrong and they locked me out and told me I had to re-register and pay for the course again. Please do not use them because they will rip you off!

I spent many hours taking the course. The course took many more hours than it should have. I lost an entire weekend completing the course and I cannot get an answer as to where my Certificate of Completion is. I lost money and so much time. You can't get anyone on the phone, no email responses, no live chat. It is a complete scam. I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. I don't know what to do at this point. I hope others are smarter than I was and they look for reviews before signing up. So angry!

I finish the course and pay extra for an overnight shipping and never received my certificate call 5 times no answer email 10 time not answer back at all that life chat never worked this was the worst experience ever with a course and I have taken a few but this one never again
