I ordered a dress according to their chart and the dress did not fit. I asked to exchange it but they could not get me the right dress in time for my event. Now they won't refund my money plus want to charge return shipping fees for a dress I never wore.
After spending months looking for the perfect dress for my year 11 prom, I found this site and instantly found the dress I wanted. I was weary about ordering from this company as there are many scam dress sites online. I ordered and recieved a phone call from the company based in New York to recheck my order to make sure it was okay. Dress delivered and was exactly as it was in the picture, although slightly too big so make sure to check the size guide carefully. Excellent quality and would 100% order from here again.

I bought this dress from this designer that I know 100% they are good quality dresses but I received my dress with the cheapest quality that the zipper came off as soon as I touched it as you see the dress is velvet But surprise my dress was a cheap material I contact everyone to help but they refused even they advertise for something and they will send you something else so disappointing do not recommend this website at all it is a scam

Ordered next-day shipping. Was made aware after I did not receive a confirmation # that 1 day shipping did not include 7-8 day PROCESSING TIME! FALSE ADVERTISING made me believe dress would arrive on time. After I paid an additional $20 for next day air, I was told me size had been SOLD OUT. I had to settle for a DIFFERENT SIZE. I couldn't be more upset,... was not even given a tracking number after I paid from next day air shipping. Had to beg for someone to find me a tracking number. I can't believe people can act so unprofessionally. Don't even know where my dress is/if it will arrive on time.

They took to much in deliever the dress I ordered. I called to be sure it will fit me, unfortunately it run small. Their policy is not to exchange anything by any mean. It is expensive as hell, not good quality and bad service. I waited more than 2 weeks and the dress don't fit me, and I don't have time or money to buy another. I was visiting from California and looking for a prom dress and ended up in there store and I have never been to such an amazing store before. They catered to me the whole time and were so helpful. 10/10 recommend! The girl who helped me was named Manele and she was incredible!
Horrible Horrible return policy. I followed the chart they provided on their site to place the order for my size. IT DIDNT FIT! Now they want to charge me a handling fee for returning the item. This is ridiculous!

The dress is beautiful, however I ordered size larger because I though it would run small so it's just a little bit bigger. I'm ver happy as in the begining I was scared of ordering as I had a bad experience with Eric Dress unbelievable and I lost having to return out of the country cost me $50 anyway with New York Dress I had no problems I paid for it and seems less than a week I had it. I will order in the future as do far they have proven to be reputable. I have a photo shoot and thus dress is spectacular for my album cover. Thanks!

I ordered a beautiful dress for my son's wedding. I was professionally measured and used the size chart on the website to assist me in my proper dress size. It indicated a 6. The dress came and it's HUMUNGOUS! It must be a size 10! I doubt it can even be altered. I called customer service to see if they could rush me a size 4 and they told me that if I need a size 4 they have to special order it and it can't be delivered until August 15. That's 3 months after the wedding. The rep on the phone said I can only get a credit and to NOT send back the dress just yet. The rep said she would submit a refund request on m behalf and to wait 1 -2 business days. She was very nice and tried to sell me other dresses... I told her I followed their chart size, but she said the charts provided are those of the designer and not theirs. I'll keep you posted...

I went to their website and I saw this beautiful couture dress and I ordered it and it came after 3 days to my house. The quality was good and I am very impressed with the cut as well.
My experience was ok. My one complaint is that the colors listed on the website for the dress I wanted were not the colors that were actually available when I went to order my dress. The ladies that I talked to in customer service were very helpful. I would also like to be sent an e-mail when the colors I wanted became available but was told this was not possible.

We are sorry that the color you were interested in wasn't available and our website will be updated accordingly, for the images all of the pictures on our site come directly from the designers and unfortunately they do not always provide images of all the colors that a dress is available in or the alternate views of the dress, though we have requested it on behalf of our customers. In this case we would also be more than happy to check if there is a dress with the same fabric by the same designer in the color you are looking for to at least provide a reference.

I should have read the reviews before ordering a dress. They sent me a huge dress for a size 2. I am convinced they change the size. The fabric is not the same as the one in the store. They will not take it back. They have turned me in to the credit bureau after visa removed my payment. I sent the dress back only to receive back again.

I ordered a dress to wear as a guest to a wedding. The dress i ordered was white with green and yellow details and what i got was a completely yellow dress with green details. Furthermore, the size i ordered following the measuring guidelines of the site, was a misfit (i ordered no 6 and proved that i needed no 2) although i was measured by a tailor beforehand. I tried to contact them via e-mail and got no response.

FAKE FAKE FAKE! Don't use this site, they make fake replicas of real designer dresses! They do not accept returns for any reason, and are no longer responding to my emails. The dress is poorly made, paid almost $300 for it and I wouldn't even wear it to a costume party. What a waste of money. I don't know how they sleep at night. If you're going to do fake dresses, at least lower the price!

I purchased a dress for my son's wedding on April 24. It arrived April 30 and did not fit. I returned it May1 via USPS (big mistake)! It is now May 17 and I have not been credited yet for my return. Also, be aware that they charge you a restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back. If you call and ask if they have received the dress return, they ask for your shipping tracking number that you paid for. If you do not have it you just have to wait it out. I called today and they said they refunded me 3 days ago and I have yet to see the money in my account.
If at all possible, shop at a store that pays for shipping, free returns and does not charge a restocking fee, like Neiman Marcus, they are the best!
Completely overpriced and you don't even know if they're really in New York. Over $200 for a dress is ridiculous for some no-brand untrustworthy site. Bought a dress from them once and I wouldn't have even paid over $50 for.

I ordered a dress for my daughter on their website using my credit card. The order form webpage clearly stated that my card would NOT be charged until the order was processed. The next morning, I rec'd a call from the company to tell me the dress was NOT available in the size we needed. I asked to cancel the order which they did. I then found out that they DID put a funds hold on my account (even though they did not have a dress to send me)... and several days later... the hold was still on my account... keeping me from being able to purchase another dress. It amazes me that they were able to charge my card "immediately"... but somehow it will take days to credit my account back. Will NEVER do business with this company again!
