Hi Fariba! Our return policy is that we accept returns for a refund with a 15% restocking fee or exchange for an alternate item with no restocking fee.

Bridal, Bridesmaid, Body Shapers and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed or tampered with. Newyorkdress reserves the right to deny credit or charge an additional fees if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
