I've ordered 3-4 jerseys from this store. These are stitched, nicely fitted, official jerseys. Amazing quality. It did take a long time to get them, 6-8 weeks, but I think this has more to do with shipping and customs. Customer service is very good. They respond within 1 day, and handle problems fairly. I had an issue with a number not aligned right and they sent me a brand new jersey.
I ordered a jigsaw puzzle well in advance of Christmas and all I have received is a fake tracking number and NO response back from company. This definitely a buyer beware site. Now I hope that my pay pal account doesn't get hacked. I have doubts that the 5 star reviews are even real.

Ordered n paid for 2 twin bedspreads. On 10'*******. Items say shipped from china bogus tracking number. Then get a email stating I have to contact shipper usps. SCAM SCAM. And fraudulent activity on paypal after order 3 rimes.

Claims 30 day guarantee! Lies! Claims 24/7 customer service lies! I ordered LSU Jersey early in March still don't have it They keep sending same fake tracking number saying be patient covid is delaying shipments no tracking number states it hasn't been originated! Give me a refund! And email is copied and pasted! They even claim money back guarantee I've asked for a refund they ignore me! Heed all the bad warnings about this ti off company! I'm getting a voodoo doll!
This site is NO GOOD. The customer support is non-existent. The ONLY communication I had from these people before I lost my cool, was a receipt from PayPal. "Check your order invoice for tracking number"... there was no invoice. I placed the order September 16 and still no invoice. Thank you PayPal at least. Someone has emailed me with a bogus tracking number that indicates my order has left the country..."please be patience"... that's all. No other information. The company is not Oregon based as advertised, which I checked before placing my order. I even mentioned in my many emails to them that I would be placing a very negative review for them... still nothing!
If you are still considering placing an order after reading this, something is bad wrong with you. I would give them 0 Stars if I could... also, I would be happy to place my proof of purchase for this review if I had one! By the way, I don't buy the positive reviews for a minute. What a joke.
I tried to buy a custom Ohio State jersey from another competitor for my girlfriend. After ordering and 2 months of waiting and no response to my e-mails I gave up and ordered from New Day. They sent me constant updates on where the jersey was in the production and mailing process and within a couple of weeks she had the jersey and loves it! I would buy from New Star again.
You just received their jerseys Harry ordered from the girls national world team soccer USA team it look as good as the jerseys about from the actual u.s. a team shop only complaint is it takes about three weeks to arrive for shipping I think the Corona virus slows shipping down
They were a little small when I received them, but I contacted the company and they responded the same day agree to replace them with a bigger size. Jerseys are great looking. Really well stitched and appearance!
I ordered a football jersey from here, it is everything I wanted and more. I wanted to up size the jersey after I ordered I sent these guys an email and within hours I had a reply assuring me the size would be corrected. It took about 2 1/2 weeks for the jersey to get here but well worth the wait. I will be a returning customer.
I ordered a 'gator' facemask 7 weeks ago.
Shortly after, I learned it was coming from China. The tracking number shows 'missent' and they package has been stuck in Utah for the last 2 weeks.
On 9/5 I tried to get a refund and was told to wait 10 days. On 9/15 I was told to wait another week.
I've asked at least 5 times for a refund. I'm tired of waiting.
ALSO AVOID "newstarstock.com" - same company (our order reply came from newdaystock.com, but the receipt says "newstarstock.com", and it shows up on our credit card as "NGO THI LE"). We and our daughter's grandparents ordered her custom soccer jerseys that she was SO EXCITED to receive. We received tracking numbers and weird "out for delivery" and then "delivered, picked up at post office" messages. Something was off. We checked the company to see if it has a history of fraud/scam reports and sure enough, whether here or the Better Business Bureau, pretty clear this company is a scam. DO NOT buy anything from them!
This company also goes by new_shopping on ArtFire.com. The jersey sizes aren't correct, and their 100% satisfaction is a joke! They ignored most of my emails and never gave me the correct Burreaux jerseys I ordered. They deleted my purchase on ArtFire so that I couldn't give them a review! DO NOT BUY!
They take orders and money very well and you can check back to see your order listed but no tracking numbers are ever given, the customer service link is dead and their Facebook page is removed. Your purchase will never arrive. Avoid this site.
It says nothing about coming from China! Ordered it Dec 2 started to leave China with updates saying China for 3 days and now just stopped. Asked for a redefined through email he said when the package gets there refuse from carrier! It hasn't left China in 2 weeks! No customer service number. Calling cc to stop payment. Crap site
I placed an order two weeks ago and received an email with so-called tracking information that did not match up to any of the standard shippers. I finally googled the tracking number and found that it is coming from China, and was only shipped the day before! This was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. I wrote the company, but they are no help... They ended with "Have a Nice Day!" I think I paid with PayPal, so I might open a case through them...
I just got my Jersey today. Wow just wow. It looks great. Everything I ask to be on it was. Always updated me on delivery with email and sms. Would highly recommend them for any sports fan.
This company is a joke. I don't usually write reviews but I'm so upset with this purchase. I ordered a jersey at end of November for Christmas present and didn't realize this was coming in slow boat from China. Didn't get it by Christmas. No phone # to call so emailed multiple times and I was told to be patient. Then I finally get the jersey and the logo at center of neck is totally crooked. Emailed them twice with different pictures of it and both times I was told it looks fine'. Next step, calling my credit card to dispute the charge...
I placed my order 2 month ago, haven't receive it yet! They do not email the tracking number unless you involve paypal.
Send 3 emails requesting my order no answer!
