It's extremely difficult. They ignored most of my emails, and when they responded, it was not helpful, and they blamed me even though their jersey sizing is wrong for women, and they never provided tracking.

They're actually based in China (even though they have multiple addresses listed in the U.S., which are not legitimate!). You will not be able to contact them.
