I rate the NewAge products, that I have received so far, a 5. They are well constructed and of high quality. I rate my overall buying experience a 1.

I ordered a Pro Series 6 Piece Cabinet Set on August 27,2021. I received 5 of the pieces on September 18,2021 but did not receive the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet in the set.

Receive an email on September 14,2021 that the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet had shipped with estimated delivery date of Sep 08,2021 - Sep 24,2021.

I started contacting both NewAge and their shipper NDS on September 29,2021. For two weeks the only status I can get is it is "in transit" or we are looking into it and will have an answer in 24-48 hours. I finally got a reply that "NSD is unable to locate the shipment" and another please give us 24 hours.

I was planning on buying more cabinets to complete my garage make over but not willing to deal with these delays in receiving a order.

NewAge would not post this review on their Website.

I was looking for a quality product that would hold up to the vigorous foot traffic at a commercial site, heavy foot traffic with a lot of debris on footwear, it has been almost one year of usage and the product is holding up better than anticipated, easy to install and maintain

I wanted to make some modifications to my garage setup. A super helpful Newage employee named Vishakha T. Helped me redesign my setup so that it was more space efficient. Additionally, her redesign allowed me to purchase more complete sets - ultimately giving me more cabinets for the same money. I am super thankful for all her help!

Waiting for grill. Cabinet I order in March? Grill was April then June then Aug then oct latest not 2022? This is ridiculous

The newage slat wall was easy to cut and install. Slats are sturdy with a nice finish. Purchase multiple bins and hooks to complete installation

I really *love* my NewAge cabinets! Nothing but compliments whenever anyone checks out my super-cool garage! But... I do find it a bit annoying that getting more of the same model is over a YEAR wait for cabinets. Maybe there are factors like supply-line, covid, etc... but it still sucks to wait so long for such a big ticket item; one that isn't exactly a microprocessor! LOL! Anywho, they'll be worth the wait, and the online rep who was very straightforward about the prospective wait time is especially appreciated. Rather have the hard truth, instead of false promises and a lot of waiting! In the end, I'll eventually complete my garage, and all of the waiting shall be forgotten... yes!

We wanted to expand our kitchen on the smaller side, to the right of the sink. We found the New Age 7-piece "Wine Bar" to be the perfect dimension. Ordered it from an online photo without ever seeing it in person. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Fit together like a glove. We are very pleased with the quality of the whole project. We even liked the (supplied) handles SO MUCH that we reached out to the company and Manju Duraisingam, a Sales & Design Consultant, not only helped us order an entire set for the rest of the kitchen, but also got us templates to make the installation perfect. We highly recommend the products and the company.

Even thought delivery is 2 months away I hope it arrives on as quoted. So many options is great

Saif provided great service and helped me design my home bar. It was super simple and very convenient. He designed exactly what I wanted and I was unable to find anything else with as good service or convenience.

I worked with Gavin Dcunha, he did a great job in designing and selecting out doors kitchen configuration and cabinets, Highly recommended his expertise.

My order was large and complicated. I did rough draft after rough draft until my design was what I thought would be optimal for my garage remodel. The website took a bit of getting use to but once understood, finding dimensions and product choices became easier. Actually ordering was somewhat daunting after being mentally exhausted from design fatigue. I had my products already lined up on the website and continued to add more but some items dropped off without me picking it up except for the "grand total" change. So all of this was a preamble as to why I needed and greatly appreciated the incredible help of your agent SHARVARI! She saved the day by her vigilance and attention to detail on the intricacies of my product list/desires and ensuring a perfect New Age Garage Cabinetry/Shelved/Slatwall and Accessories order. Thank you so very much for the help!

Before I purchased my New Age products I contacted SHARVARI with the design service who was amazing at fitting in the the right products in my space. We agreed on a design, she listed the items and helped with the purchase. I would use this service again.

Online late on a Friday night with Rashmi L, needed to schedule a delivery to a certain week, and he came through! Was able to take advantage of the sale, can't wait to get my Bold Series 9-Piece Cabinet Set!
