I found the website very well done and easy to navigate until I wanted to order and the site would not except my postal code here in Canada, so I decided to call and talk to a sales representative and was put in touch with Sharvari, she was very quick with all her emails and information on the different garage cabinets and very patient with me until I decided what I wanted, never any pressure, thank you so much Sharvari for the great service

I recently purchased an outdoor kitchen set. The selection/ordering process gets an A. The design and finish of the pieces gets an A. The install options/procedure is straightforward and gets an A. My shipment arrived earlier than predicted and undamaged so another A. I used the set in my greenhouse and it works great! Only one minor issue that could be addressed as a quality control check at the back end of the fabrication process. My pieces have four adjustable feet per cabinet. My order consisted of six cabinets. Two of the cabinets had one foot each that the foot would not thread at all due to welding slag(?) left in the threaded hole. I purchased a metric tap tool to retap them and clear the slag. So 1/3 of my cabinets needed a minor rework. The cabinets are awesome. If you are in the market, these are worth serious consideration.

Just completed a quite comprehensive outdoor kitchen of ALL New Age products and am very happy how it turned out. Everything went together fairly easily and I am impressed with the overall quality of everything. A bit of a learning curve w/the Kamado grill due to the removable ash collector and I am still figuring it out but it does seem to cook very well. The gas grill is rock solid and works like a charm. All of the cabinets are very sturdy too and we love the design. The best surprise was the kitchen sink, very well designed and works beautifully.

Ordering flooring for my garage and Ram was very helpful and knowledgeable.he listened to what we needed and gave us the best options available. Thanks Ram.

I spoke with Manju and she was awesome. She helped me navigate through the process and was super pleasant to deal with. If you have people like herself in your organization you will have a very successful company.

I will also add she is a very good sales person as I just spent an addition 3 thousand and I am still happy she was great.

HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND FOLLOWED ME THROUGH THE PURCHASE UNTIL THE END AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. VERY SELDOM DO I GET THIS TYPE OF HELP OVER THE PHONE. Ordering something this expensive online can be intimidating but my customer service agent, Riyaa, was knowledgeable, patient and responsive. With every question you responded quickly by telephone. I am looking forward to receiving my order of Grove cabinets and will follow up with a picture and further review.

I was on the phone w/Rasmi a sales consultant. I ordered a lot of cabinets and she was very helpful. Actually was on the phone w/ her for about 30 minutes. She was patient w/ me, she was polite and did a good job on my order. I knew exactly what I wanted however out of stock on the 36in multi-in use locker had to settle for the 30in. Not the end of the world it will do. Looking forward to delivery. From reading reviews New Age packs these cabinets very well. Sure hope so. Nothing is more annoying then receiving a damaged product. I will hope for the best. Looking forward to writing another review after I receive them.

Product ordering and delivery was good but there is lot of room to improve on the instructions. There were some screws which were missing threading. Overall I am ok satisfied with the experience but it can't be said as excellent.
