I was charged for something I did not sign up for.
So far, I've tried to set up my email and it's been "waiting to be verified" for almost two days. I am chatting with help and every time I ask a question. Have to wait between 2-4 minutes for a response. Then I did what he told me and google said my account has been resold. I'm not sure what is going on but so far, my experience has not been very good.
It said my domain "judyantonelliart.com" was not renewable. Then after I purchased a new domain"judyantonelliart.net" I tried the renewal again and received a renewal for "judyantonelliart.com" Is that renewal for the new owner or me. Judy Antonelli Klanderman
Domain is really great and the opposite of the competition who vendor-lock you in by malicious business practices and deceit. Instead, Domain has been completely transparent in transferring domains in and out of their platform.

I found the process awkward and confusing to connect my website to a domain. I have at least 5 different phone numbers I was told to use to follow up.
I specifically turned auto-renewal off a month before the expiring date for my domain because I no longer need it and yet it charged me anyway. And now it seems I have a ".onine" extension as well that I never signed up for. Will be contacting bank to contest this charge.
I was able to purchase the domain name that I want but I'm to really sure what that bought me yet.

We have some issue regarding the email setup and web build questions asking for support, but never received meaningful guidance and problem solving, only got we need to buy some other supporting package.
Difficult to get phone support operators to understand an issue. Transfer of website from previous host left most links broken. It would have been much better for me to have written an entirely new WordPress site. WordPress admin access redirects to an internal name instead of using my domain name. Website and WordPress dashboard are EXTREMELY SLOW. Another site hosted by web.com to which I have access does not have these issue.
I have had multiple issues and every time I reach out no one seems to know what to do. And eventually get the "That is another departments problem, call them" response.
With the templates and the user-friendly site builder, I built my blog in a breeze and had fun doing it.
There are minor issues all the times. DNS, email, website take long time to get updated, complicated process if i want.com and.ca ending. Even customer support give me two different answers to the same questions.
I contacted customer support via chat and they where unable to help. Told me that the issue needed to be forwarded to a level 2. The resolution information that came via email was useless with no way to continue a dialog but to open another ticket. Very frustrating. Seriously considering moving to a different hosting company as the support so far SUCKS!

1. Site is extremely slow 2. Payment errors trying to renew SSL 3. Now that site is live so many customers are complaining the site shows an error - it's not taking them to my site despite your support team telling me it's live but that doesn't help me if customers cant reach it
My website never works. There's always an error code. Switching my domain from google to Web.com was painful. No clear instructions. Wish this site was more user friendly
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
