I have had problems for a year on my business website I built off of their templates. They charge me for a SSL that I can't authenticate, because none of the email addresses are mine. They won't refund the money and to top it off, they charged me again for the second year of the same useless SSL certificate.
I renewed my website in Sept for another year and my site has not worked since. I have been on chat for hours, called customer service more then once for hours now I demanded they cancelled my useless website and refund my money. They have the audacity to tell me they can't refund my money and I could chose not to renew the site next year. Oh, so you won't even cancel my site? People, you have no control over your own website, they took my money and gave me nothing in return. This company is a scam, please don't be a victim like I am. My Interior design business has lost a ton of money because of this substandard company. Now I get to pay Godaddy for a new website that works. Web.com you should be ashamed of yourself, you don't deserve good, loyal customers like me. Sad I had to learn this very valuable lesson and I will do my very best to make sure nobody else gets scammed like I did. Shame on you. Scammers

Web.com was always very courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed how effortless the process was. They were there for me every step of the way! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone, and in fact I already have.
Cant combine checkout with services and products, cant modify checkout process.
It's been a full year almost, at one point I even paid an extra 250 - for them to make a site worse than the one I was stuck on. Never again.

There where no templates geared towards selling products as a retailer. They were all service oriented. I have 100 products to display with price and link to a shopping cart page nothing there for templates. I would have to build it all from scratch. Big waste of money...

I don't feel like it's as user friendly, drag and drop features are not really there. I have already switched over to a new carrier and will not continue my services after the year I already paid for and will not use.

This company sold us a website almost a month ago and since we purchased it it has not only not worked it has not been visible to any of our customers period! We have attempted to use their website editor and it has not worked for almost two weeks now! We have contacted customer support many times and they have done absolutely nothing to help the situation. All they keep doing is say that everything is fine even though nothing is fine from the public's view and our access. They are a complete scam company customer service is absolutely terrible and the products they provide do not even work so you're paying for something that won't even be useful! I believe there reviews are also requested and written by people who represent the company because non of the ones I have read seem genuine at all and since we know the problems associated with this company personally I doubt any of the reviews that have been posted. Do not use this company for website it's not worth it you will regret it immediately
Compared to other sites I use I find it difficult to navigate your site. I have yet to find the page where ericleesaitz.com is so that I can point it to a site specifically for musicians and artists. On a positive note I use it for my business and I'm very satisfied and will continue to use.

I can't do a bilangual page (I would like to have a fr_en page, but I can't do it, some elements like header are just the same for each page and I can't translate them for a mirror of my website with another language).
There was a very very annoying bug on the website. I can't see the prices of my renewal and I just don't know (can't know) how much this will cost. With that, I just can't stay on web.com and will search for another host for my website.
The AI to build a logo is very bad. It's only browsing randomly through a handful of images. It took me hours to finally get something to my liking.
Problems loading images on my site. It takes a really long time. People keep calling me about having my website listed on Google searches, but it never shows up. Also, when you look at my website on the phone is scrolls awkwardly.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
