I am running into problems with set up, with no solution in sight.
Poor landing page. What i spend couldnot used it. 27$ the web.com cut from my credit card becaise it was on auto maonthly payment. Without giving notification. The steps of how to start building the web is complicated and not friendly. Frankly i will not advise anyone. Online chat only working sometime. But positive point is online chat was supportive and nice. Otheres really poor compare to many othere application.
Ease of set up for a non seo person has been remarkable.

The site is very difficult to navigate into building a website from buying the domain. Your integration of the builder option is cumbersome and results in frustration immediately. I paid for Word Press but cannot connect to it. I clicked on Webbuilder and was able to begin building but the guided AI version offers a horribly novice looking web presence with no customization available. While DOMAIN.com may not have anything to do with the offerings of the two builder options, you endorse and direct your clients to them so they reflect on you. Now I am looking to move the domains to another builder site but cannot locate the information I need from DOMAIN.com. NOT a good start for my first time buying from DOMAIN.com.
I Purchased my new email domain and it was very quick and easy.
The most difficult website to work. Annoying constraints of fixed layout, placement and resizing. Your hands are tied behind your back. Homestead website was a gem. What happened to that?
It was hard to find where to edit my website. Going to eCommerce and then following the steps - I had to call customer support to figure that out and it should be easier than that.

Needs a raise! Super friendly, talked to him for probably thirty minutes (actually gave him a job offer as a sales rep). He by far made this business sticky! I will be referring my colleagues to DOMAIN.COM because of Mr. Senter stupendous articulation.
I was charged for email I wasn't aware of I wasn't told about it. Also I was charged for the websitle Builders for their monthly building charges. I'm not happy about that. I was told by the web.com assistant to bad. I had told them 3 or 4 times to disable this feature I was not going to use ther help this month. Can't just keep making charges on my credit card.
Until I get into the site and am sure it is spelled correctly, I am uncertain.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
