The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

Charged my money and i dont have domain. I want it back
To purchase domain hosting you are told to buy a domain or log in. If you log in it transfers you to web.com. Web.com states you have no domain. But I DO have a domain.
This hasn't been pleasant to navigate! I have had logging on problems, that was after the payment issue (for no reason at all). I am hoping once this next 24 hours go by that it all just works out without issue
It's unclear what information is missing to proceed with the payment
I am finding it very difficult to navigate compared to GoDaddy. I just dont find the AI web builder to be very intuitive
Im simply trying to manage my domain name and am trying to set up google workspace. VERY DIFFICULT TO DO HERE
You have a good site structure "understandable even for a foreign user"
After reading about the domains for months, I did the foot and leg work.
Its been over a month that i have been trying to get my email back and it is still not working. I have pay for the service twice and again its still not working
Domain.com sends me notifications when I need them, and don't bother me.
My website is not up i sent changes and they werent done so ran out of my paid time
So now im having to learn to do what i paid you to do i also paid to build website then paid you to do it never got a credit for build your own
One of the changes that did get done was kind of what i wanted it to say and thats what yall put on there mispelled words and all, common sense should come into play somewhere, i never got notice when thst wss done which ate up most of my paid time
I've had four different websites with web.com. The customer care and design quality has decreased in my eyes. My new website is not completed yet and I am paying for monthly design services for two. One is the old website and the second is the upgraded version which was horrible at first glance. I made an appointment to continue designing it but noone ever called me. I went into my account to try and finish it myself but a notice said I had been screen sharing for the new design and it had been turned off. So now I am saddled with paying for two sites at the same time. The old and the upgrade. I called to complain but still have not heard back. You are about to lose my business for good. I do not like web.com any more. I've truly had enough. You've become a big company and left us original folk behind.
Had trouble with my email account and took several weeks to resolve
Chat support has been robotic. I ended up here due to a mistake on my part that in hindsight feels like it might have been shady (I was looking for hostgator's web builder and somehow opened an account here). The web builder is okay but not as flexible or easy to use as I was expecting for the price. The user interface for the account is confusing and opaque. Instead of being supported I feel like at every turn I'm just being sold something. Sometimes when I try to log in it says my username or password is incorrect and there is no link to rectify that, but if I try to log in in a different window with the same credentials it works. (yes I'm sure I'm on web.com in both cases) Generally annoying and unhelpful...but I'm trapped by all the time I spend building my site here that would be lost if I moved because (I think) different hosting services would use incompatible builders that wouldn't let me modify my sites.
The login doesn't load on my computer but works on my phone.
Great support, fixed my account with zero problems. Cheers guys!
I was conned into signing; at first, I thought I was dealing with GoDaddy but ended up with web.com, somehow. I am stuck with it because I could not get my refund. It took over three weeks to build just a one-page website. Even after it was finished, no one reached out to me to tell me that it was ready. In the meantime, the 14-day refund policy expired. My request for a refund was denied as a result.
However, I took the bullet and got stuck with only a one-page website that is not functional in any shape or manner. Significantly limiting; my initial understanding was that it was going to be a functional website, with no any indication of the page limit in the Ad I got.
Anyway, I am just gonna fiddle around until my yearly subscription expires, I don't intend to renew it at all.
What can I say? It is only money, but I am a very unhappy customer, and obviously, it is clear what happens after that unless it is resolved in a civilized manner.
All I can say is, I had a very bad experience through it all, thanks anyways.
Everything was nice until I was automatically logged out with the message "Y
Dear Arber,
It looks like something was amiss with your payment information. We are currently manually reviewing your transaction and we will email you shortly regarding your recent payment for your arbervrekaj******* account.". Everything came back to normality within 5 minutes or so, but it was an unpleasant surprise during those 5 minutes.
It has been over a month and my domain still isn't assigned though I have followed instructions with customer service. So far I have asked for assistance four times and am still having issues. I hope it's fixed this time. I like the services offered and the company. I just need to get the service I paid for to work.
I am so disappointed!
It has been a month repairing what your web designer did...He was druck and stoned when it was created. Please look at the first draft.
I have to say everything was wrong, I had to completely redo...prices were wrong, misspellings on each page.
The initial shopping cart had huge pricing errors and much as 45,000$
I have over 35 hours trying to fix it...still not fixed. My Logo and name is still cut off on the iPad and phone version of my website. My contact info where does it go? You also cut off my emails when you forwarded my Yannaworld website to aspen designers. The old logo you miserly created is still showing up...what happened to the aspen leaf Logo and my Name of the website...I asked for this to be corrected last Friday. It still has not been fixed. Also I have asked Jeff many times to call me. I want a credit for the website build. I would appreciate a call from a manager that could actually help me. I have a friend that has also used your web building service with no help and its screwed up like mine.
My shopping cart was a disaster. There is no excuse for these typos, etc.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
