It very not clear from the toggles in the interface whether options are enabled or disabled. For example, whether the domain is Auto- renewed or not. And creates problems of charging when I didn't intend for you to charge. They are both Grey and its confusing why not use Green and Grey to avoid unintentional charges?

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
