Horrible platform - doesn't delete domains tht have been transferred away. Support is not helpful, and the new interface is just as bad as the old.

Technical support is hit or miss and it seems like I have to reach out to technical support too often. SSL certificates should renew automatically without needing intervention. I have my settings correct, to auto-renew, but then my website just goes down.
For a non IT person, having to go through the hassle of verifying domains, DNS and what not, I have completely been disappointed! It's a month since I paid for this domain and have still failed to use it! Very very annoying and I can't get my money back!

This platform is plagued with issues on multiple levels. I have been a loyal customer for years and will never use this platform again and will actively encourage everyone I know to never support Domain.com due to the poor user experience and abysmal customer support. It's hard to believe this platform is able to stay in business.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
