No customer service and no one seems to know how to fix account problems. When you try to respond to their reply they tell you "this case is closed" and if you want more "help" (not) you need to start over again from scratch with a new unknowledgeable person who doesn't seem to know how to help or fix problems. I faced problems many times when trying to update my email record ( and still haven't done it so far). Also very bad experience with purchasing. I bought dns protection service and now you're still throwing a big banner to me for every login about it.

When I first signed up with your service I was very happy with the phone customer service and the pricing that you offered. But, for the past year I have had multiple charges and horrible chat customer support that had completely frustrated me.

Billing dept. is not able to do simple math, or does not want to do it. I will be moving my domains soon.

Web.com keeps asking me to update WHOIS information. When I try to do so on your site, it asks me for my password. When I enter the very same password I use to access Web.com, it rejects it. Maddening!
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
