Every time I purchase a new domain, it creates a new user id instead of it being automatically all under one profile. VERY INCONVENIENT. Now I have to manually merge everything. Also, I should not have to create a PIN, but since I am being forced to, I should be able to choose how many characters so I can remember it, rather than having predetermined criteria that will make it hard to remember. VERY INCONVENIENT.
I've had nothing but trouble with my website from not being able to update it without your intervention. And now I can't even find it on your site to update it (something happened with the conversion to web.com) and a security certificate is not updated, so my website is down
I'm a migrating mydomain.com user, and I think your prices are higher, your administration experience is worse, and it's really not a great experience to create and manage domains. There's too many steps/pop-ups and default upsell attempts that makes registering domains a royal PITA. And your DNS management system is 1000x worse than the one on mydomain.com.
I don't do it often, but I do it enough. And it's bad enough that I'm considering transferring all my domains somewhere else.

Worst domain service ever. NO Customer service. You can't speak with anyone. I've had nothing but problems with this company for the past 2 years. They used to be good, but now they are completely impersonal and could care less about their customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT set your accounts to be auto-renewed. Before shutting this feature off, this company mischarged me several times and then their "CHAT" service told me that they could not refund me and that there "was nothing they could do". This company is a complete joke. My advice to you is pick ANY domain service other than this one. They're unapologetic rip off artists.
Since the transition to the new dashboard I am having issues verifying my domain names with Google sites. I'm also unable to redirect naked domains (without www) after the new system updates. This is frustrating and I'm thinking of transferring my domains elsewhere. Also, the price increases are ridiculous.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
