The web building portion can be confusing and does not offer things for beginners to transfer into more professional websites(WordPress) without completely undoing the website builder site. When trying to do blogs, it sometimes does not allow me to add links appropriately

This company gets it and I discovered it in the form of their customer consultant, Nina! Nina, is the reason I decided to remain with Register.com. I have never been treated more fairly, with a level of professionalism and professional courtesy. Nina is attentive, patient, and delivers with enthusiasm. She makes me feel like a partner! She's just as concerned about my brand appeal as I am—And seems equally as invested in "getting it right" for the public I serve! Can't ask for better than that folks. My encounter today with the particular representative was pleasant cordial and she was very knowledgeable 10 years ago the company had much better customer service and that is why I stayed with this company for at least 15 years. I have decided to leave because I was not getting answers to the questions that I asked or I was asked to pay extra money to get the answers two very fundamental questions. I hope this improves for the the customers going forward

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
