I purchased this from you by mistake. I used Godaddy before for this charity. I don't know how I purchased from you. I would not care except for the fact that I can't use yours! Either the page wont load or I don't know how to use it! It is not as easy as godaddy

I can't get my issue fixed

I can't get my issue fixed. I've known for a while that whenever I contact your help center it will take multiple days if not weeks and multiple attempts to get simple things corrected. Your help center uses scripts and pre-written responses and tries to dismiss of each inquiry for help as soon as possible. Thus, ignoring simple problems that go on for weeks requiring threats of exposure and multi-media of domain.com making me want to get rid of domain.com. But I don't want to think about the alternatives. I consider the customer service just to get my A1 aviator.com URL forwarded to my Facebook page. Took me weeks. Multiple tries was absolutely outrageous and I was months ago and it's still bothers me and you ask me to rate you? I rate you was terrible

I spoke with the customer service department in two occasions, and they were not able to answer my questions (which is ok with me). They told me the opened inquiries to the design department and they would get in touch in 24-48 hours. To this day, the have not contacted me. Three weeks and counting...

Several hours on the phone and in online chat to secure an SSL certificate for my website. Five different "representatives," only one of which has a clue how to help. But, still no solution. Review your logs (if you even have any) of attempts to do this for my domain, "www.bellyacres.net." It will read like a tragic comedy.
