For the past two months I have been trying to hack into an Apple Mini iPad 3 device which I forgot its details, password and Apple account. After I failed I was in touch with customer service and they were in touch with their developers. The response via email was quick considering the time gaps and I was given a number of ways to solve issues that prevented me from succeeding in hacking. I finally succeeded. It is of course important to clarify that this is not a stolen device but my device that I forgot the login details for. I would like to praise the customer service and the developers of the company who did their best to help solve the problems I encountered. The software of this company and their service is excellent.
