Although I was flustered because I could not log into my account because verification codes were being sent to my landline which I can't receive, James had a lot of patience with me & eventually sorted out this issue so I could log into my account. Email assistance

My email was not working. I called Web.com support and talked with Roxy. Roxy was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed my issue in minutes and made the necessary adjustments. Roxy asked me to wait four hours for the system to resync and reindex. After four hours I was back in business. Roxy was terrific.

Your member is a model for how customer service should be provided. He would make a great mentor for others in your industry and your company. He was patient with me, very knowledgeable, and able to explain and articulate clearly what he was doing and how long it would take. I came away from the experience felling like I just made a new friend. My problem was that I had a domain name and URL that I used to redirect to my website. He was able to restore my redirect link. He was able to access the history of my purchase of the link and what DNS it was directed to, and to restore it. So I just want to share how pleased I am with his service.

14 YEARS WITH OUT EMAIL

After getting answers about two charges to my credit card I asked if someone could help me figure out why I can't use my email address in 4 months. The Young lady from the Philippines was very thorough explaining and helping me change my password and helped me get back the use of my oldest email address that have had for many years. She was very patient and polite and I thanked her very much and I thank you for hiring her. She had me extend my email address for four more years beginning August 2026 to match my domain name. 2025 Website Domain Renewal

Has been a crazy year and I saw a 5 year renewal invoice in my inbox and was unsure what this was about... So, I called the phone number and Leslie is the Customer Service Agent on my call. SHE WAS GREAT! Found my account, authenticated my account, helped me bring the subscription to 2 years rather than 5 years AND took the account OFF auto-renewal.
