The company has a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating its extensive library of content and user-friendly interface, which enhances the viewing experience. However, numerous complaints highlight significant dissatisfaction with rising subscription costs, technical issues like slow loading times, and customer service inadequacies. Many users express frustration over billing problems and the perceived decline in content quality, particularly regarding Netflix originals. Overall, while the platform remains popular for its variety, the growing concerns about service reliability and customer support suggest a need for improvement to retain loyal customers.

Netflix is worth every penny in my opinion. Whether you want to watch old re-reruns or a new movie, it's great for a night in!
There are a variety of different movies and shows to watch, Netflix is great!
I would only recommend for Netflix to add more new movies on demand, sometimes you have to wait years to see a movie
I highly appreciated it for good music system it has. I really got good change in my life by netflix
If my husband didn't love football so much, we would definitely be replacing our satellite tv service with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. I especially love the shows they come out with like Orange is the New Black and House of Cards.
And the list goes on and on, Netflix streaming has gone from Good to bad to terrible to the worse in the industry.
You'll definitely won't regret paying few bucks to watch whatever your heart desires. Anywhere, anytime. Just love it
I ( and most Americans) quit netflix when the skunbogger C. E. O. Tried to double the rates. But they beagled down and said they were sorry and showed the c. E. o.'s heart in a jar... and went back to providing quality at-home movies. I could almost quit Comcast except for my addiction to sports and MSNBC. But with reverend Al gone from the 6 PM slot. I don't know. I may pull the plug.
Netflix has such an extensive library, sometimes I want nothing but to sit and watch the whole day long. That's EXACTLY what I (and you!) shouldn't do. For heaven's sake stop sitting at your screen!
I love netflix! Who doesn't? Well, other than the fact, THERE IS NEVER ANYTHING NEW! They need to add more popular movies, and update seasons faster.
I love netflix. It's outstanding. I recommend it to everyone for a cheaper alternative to cable. I do wish netflix supported playlist and shuffling though to create a true "tv" experience. Other than that I love their original content and enjoy the rotating content that comes through on a monthly basis.
Thanks to Netflix, we're not stuck watching the garbage on TV that passes for entertainment. We Love streaming our shows, and movies every night, No commercials. Great service! They've come up with a couple of Great shows of their own, such as, "House of Cards." Very reasonable prices, great, dependable service. More new shows would be great, but really, that's up to the studios. Blockbuster was REALLY stupid by not offering streaming, before it was too late. Oh well!
Original series have certainly improved the whole subscription experience.
I love the quality of shows on Netflix. Redbox tried to come for Netflix, but failed miserably.
Love watching series of good movies or tv series. But, would like to be able to only look at the only with three or more stars. Some just are such a waste of time.
The concept behind Netflix dvd service is solid. Instead of renting 1 dvd/bluray disc for $1.50, you rent as many as you can watch for about $15.00 (with bluray) but the price is dependent on what service you select. The problem with this is not the discs themselves, but the way they arrive. It was not uncommon for me to wait 4 days for a disc to arrive and 3 days for the disc to be returned. With approximately 1 week between the time the dvd was sent and the time Netflix got the dvd back, i was averaging about 4-5 discs per month. For the price, i would rather buy the disc outright for the retail price and be able to keep it than pay about $3.00 for what is usually a one time viewing.
In summary, if the price was cheaper and with a more prompt delivery time i would recommend it. But as it sits i cannot. Do yourself a favor and just buy the movies on an e-retail site used. Then you can at least keep the disc
I would have canceled my netflix subscription long ago if not for their amazing selection of documentaries. They have awful movies but if you like national geograhic/history channel/space exploration type documentaries you cant go wrong for $7 bucks a month
Love, love, love but they say their records don't go back to the onset of your membership, therefore, if you are being charged on two accounts for the service, they will not refund the money as they state they can't go back that far. Bull!
Do wish they could obtain current movies, at least newer.
Answer: They do not, but he can listen to stand up shows I guess
Answer: Ohh finally someone thats having the same problem... Netflix always blames my Wi-Fi but, I know thats not the problem. Considering canceling.
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
