Placed an order, received confirmation. After several days went by without a shipping confirmation I checks the status and it had not changed (still said order processing) however I was charged right away which is odd because you are usually not charged until an item ships. Company does not answer emails or phone calls asking about this. Disputed with my cc company and they returned funds but I will also report to BBB to try to save others from this fraudulent company.
I ordered material from NEST, they processed my payment on 9/15/20 for 63.25. It is now 10/29/20 and I have not recieced my order. I have called them countless times, no one picks up. A voice recording says due to high demand customer service is unavailable. I have sent 6 emails, 0 replies. I want a full refund but have no idea how Im going to recieve that when they refuse to return my messages. Any suggestions would ve appreciated. I ordered chalk here online for my kids. I've waited over 2 months. No chalk. I've called dozens of times. You can't ever reach a person. I've also emailed dozens of times with no response. I'd just like my money back!
I ordered a product from Nestlearning (nice little name)6 weeks ago and never received it. They told me I would receive an email to confirm shipping and I never received it. They charged my credit the day after I ordered which is sketchy since most businesses don't charge until item is shipped. I have sent 2 emails and tried to call and yet there is no one to take the call. They tell you to leave a message. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam and dispute charges with your credit card company.
I never received my order. After contacting them via email and phone calls numerous times, I never received one email or phone call in return! I have since contacted pay pal in hopes of recouping my money back. Giving one star because I have to. Should be zero for the same amount of times they have tried to contact me back.
I purchased a math book from NEST in May 2021 and when it did not show up I sent multiple emails and searched for a phone number but could not find one. Just last month(Feb 2023) I received an email saying that they have been having trouble with receiving emails and calls without realizing it and asked if I would like a refund or replacement order. I was skeptical since so much time had elapsed, but I requested for the original order and a phone number to reach them. Within two weeks that order arrived from one of their competitors sites as well as an email from Nest apologizing for the confusion and a phone number to reach them. Here it is: *******298. They made things right. I was impressed.
Tried sending emails, calling, when my order never shipped after a month. Total scam. When you call, they say they're receiving higher than volume calls, and to leave a message dial 6. When you dial 6, the call hangs up.
I bought Hygloss Nitrile kids craft gloves on 4/24/20, still have not received anything. I've emailed twice and have left a message once. They've charged my card the minute I hit purchase. I will be disputing the charges with my bank, this site is a joke, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! How are they still able to sell online?! Unbelievable!

They receive 0 stars! I ordered from them back on 4/9. A week later I had hesrd nothing so checked order status and it said shipped via UPS Ground. I never received the item and they don't answer calls or emails. Disputed charge with my bank and filed with BBB. This company is a total scam.
I ordered some books, and I have not received any information about the processing, except for the automatic message that the order is confirmed. Then I tried to cancel my order after one week, and there was NO WAY to contact the seller. They blocked chat, email, and phone call services. Looking at other reviews, it seems that no one is working on this company but the credit card payment is always successfully charged. I ended up to dispute my credit card payment. If they would not work for processing and shipping the ordered items, they should not open the webpage and process the credit card payments. It is bizarre for consumers to handle all these cancellations. The coronavirus pandemic should not be an excuse, because they could simply close their website or make official announcement how it will work.
This company should be put out of business for fraudulent business activities! They take people money without sending them there products that they purchased from their website. This should be illegal they should be sued and put out of business! What a shock and a shame.
I purchased kid gloves back in March contacted the company multiple times with no answer through telephone and emails the item says it's shipped and the took the money but there is no tracking information and no one from he company will get back to me. This site is a scam! BUYER BEWARE

Answer: I needed anointing oil. Never thought I'd be scammed purchasing that... but yet it seems I have been. I have since ordered from a different company and received product that same week.
