I ordered material from NEST, they processed my payment on 9/15/20 for 63.25. It is now 10/29/20 and I have not recieced my order. I have called them countless times, no one picks up. A voice recording says due to high demand customer service is unavailable. I have sent 6 emails, 0 replies. I want a full refund but have no idea how Im going to recieve that when they refuse to return my messages. Any suggestions would ve appreciated.
