I ordered an item for my husband for Christmas and still haven't received it! Can't ever talk to anyone when I call and have emailed them and no reply. They advertise bibles etc. That's such a same, their company should be shut down permanently!
I purchased a math book from NEST in May 2021 and when it did not show up I sent multiple emails and searched for a phone number but could not find one. Just last month(Feb 2023) I received an email saying that they have been having trouble with receiving emails and calls without realizing it and asked if I would like a refund or replacement order. I was skeptical since so much time had elapsed, but I requested for the original order and a phone number to reach them. Within two weeks that order arrived from one of their competitors sites as well as an email from Nest apologizing for the confusion and a phone number to reach them. Here it is: *******298. They made things right. I was impressed.
Similar to other experiences reported here, they confirmed my order, charged my card, and never sent the item. Multiple attempts to contact the company via email, "contact us" on their website, phone calls and a letter went unanswered. I have reported them to my credit card company. Add me to the list of those who said "wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered."
I ordered curriculum for my children over a month ago and never received it. I've called them several times but just got a recording stating they were too busy to take calls and to e-mail them instead. Three e-mails to customer service were also ignored. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Obviously I would have rather received the product I ordered.
As others have reported, order was placed 3 weeks ago, credit card was charged immediately, and the status on the site still says "processing order". AWFUL! Emailed Customer Service twice and left a voicemail. Of course, no response. How are they still online and accepting orders? Run away! Buy your products elsewhere.
I ordered an item Black Friday 2020. It has been almost a month and my order has not been shipped according to the website. I have called... emailed... left numerous messages and been on hold for hours. Noone has contacted me or called me back. I have received better service from a rude Walmart employee. They at least have the decency to respond. I wanted this gift for Christmas eve. I have ending up filing a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 dolls, they send me 1. Emailed them 5 times no response, you call and they say due to high call volume, leave a message, i left 4 messages.
They get away with it, because noone does anything about the complaints we make!

Zero stars! It has been 6 months since purchase and I have still not received items and cannot reach anyone a this "company". It looks like there have been many others with the same experience as they have multiple complaints with the BBB. I hope they get shut down. Fronting as a learning company, selling bibles, etc.-terrible!

Took my money and never shipped product or answered any email or phone. Their office address is a co-working office. They had time to constantly send email marketing, but not ship items?
It has been one year since I placed an order for $135. Nine emails later, still nothing. So, what can we do? It ain't right that this company can continue to operate and take peoples money. Either refund or send the items.
My poor teen daughter used her babysitting money to purchase sidewalk chalk and never received. This is a pathetic company you literally stole money from a child. She's constantly been checking the mail awaiting her package. We just found these reviews so apparent we won't be getting her order. We will however, dispute the charges.
I ordered merchandise from Nest Learning In early December. After not receiving my merchandise the first of the year, I called to find out what was going on. I learned that one of my items was on a back order and they were waiting for it. Since then I have been calling and emailing to inquire about my purchase. It's now February. The telephone now has a automated message that does not allow anyone to talk to anyone in person. Any email that I have sent has never been responded to. I am furious about their level of professionalism. Please stay away from this company. The way they conduct business is very frustrating and very disappointing. Find other resources for your materials.
I purchased 2 cd series valued over $500 more then a month ago and I have tried to call and emailed this company multiple times and they will not respond to any emails or answer any phone calls. I still have not received any confirmation or tracking info but the money has been deducted from my account. I am very disappointed. Please beware
I'm still waiting on a bible cover that I purchased almost 5 weeks ago. No one will answer emails or return phone calls. The order status is that the item was shipped, but no shipping confirmation or tracking information was ever provided.

This site appears legit but after reading all the reviews it's clear they are a complete scam. They collect money and do not send anything to you. After I purchased a book, they sent an email that said order confirmed but sent no tracking number and that was over a month ago. Do not shop here! I'm hoping to get my money back.

I ordered two sets of books on April 24,2020. As of today, May 29, the company has not responded to emails or phone messages, and the books have not arrived. Today I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I encourage all who have had a similar problem to contact their credit card company to withhold payment from Nest Learning. They are in the business of stealing! And that is dishonesty at its height.
Answer: I needed anointing oil. Never thought I'd be scammed purchasing that... but yet it seems I have been. I have since ordered from a different company and received product that same week.
