Nektom Watches

Excellent watch and awesome value. Keeps great time and looks awesome. This is my first dive watch and a perfect "desk diver" for a busy dad like myself. It's a robust, handsome timepiece that looks great at the office or on the weekend. Wore this to a kids Birthday party and spent the entire afternoon filling water guns and water balloons. The watch performed like a champ. I'm also quite clumsy and have already bumped the watch against furniture and walls several times without a ding or scratch. At this price point, I'm able to shrug off any such damage anyway!

2 weeks ago I bought this watch, model NT05 through an online purchase. But I'm so disappointed, this watch arrived in dead condition with it's seconds needle pointing towards the number 3 (15 seconds count from 0s). At first I thought maybe the battery was weak and then replaced with a new ones. But the same thing happened: the needle remained dead when it reach/pointing the number 3 (15 seconds after it starts), everytime. What a waste of money! At first I wish to contact this company but almost 100% of their customers (read from other pages) said that they are irresponsible, then I cancelled because I thought it'll be going useless. Guys, I don't recommend this brand to you.

As someone who collects promotional to mid grade watches I had hoped that this watch would have at least a decent reliability and that if there were a problem there would be some sort of support. I was wrong on both counts. Watch arrived dead And when I contacted the company I got the mishal response asking for a picture of the watch which was strange considering it simply didn't work, and I never heard from them again. Far better watches out there for the same price that actually half customer service.

Multiple pop-up ads for a disreputable company. Was given a California address for Nektom turned out to be an empty building (I had the package tracked). The watch looked smart and attractive... but the Watch did not work, and local jewelers (Belmar, NJ)... where I've been going for years... refused to fix it, or work on it. Now trying to contact Hong Kong address. The alleged customer service rep, "Daniel" originally only offered me 20 percent of the $65.99 cost. Trying to contact the Hong Kong address now. But if there was ever a Buyer Beware company, its Nektom. 0 Stars...

Poor customer service, watch was dead on arrival, would not keep time. I thought it was the battery so I replaced it and still would not keep time. I emailed customer service and it took a couple of days to receive a response back. Their response was very odd, they asked that I take a picture of the watch. However I complied and sent a picture of the watch. It took a couple of days to receive a response again and this time the response asked would I take a replacement. I responded yes but never received a reply back, I tried again but to no avail. It appears after reading the review this is normal business practice for Nektom. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

My partner bought the red faced watch to give as a birthday present. Watch looked good and worked fine for just over a year. Then it stopped. Had battery replaced and it worked for a few more months and then quit. Went ahead and replaced the battery again but it only went for a week and then stopped again. I tried pulling the stem in and out and it finally started working again. But it continually stops and I have to play with the stem to get it to go again. Contacted Nektom and they said to send a video of the problem. I made a video and sent it. Daniel replied that they could go back three months before the purchase to check for warranty. I gave him the date of purchase and then my messages started getting bounced back saying the content was too large. Sent several one line messages of 2.9kb and still got bounced from Nektom. Obviously they will not honor their two year warranty. Liars!

Nektom watches - not really a scam, but it's easy to believe it is. My watch arrived a couple of week's after ordering. The pictures they use to advertise the watches leave you with much to desire when you receive the merchandise. Cheaply made and easy to break. I ordered two (buy one/get one for 1/2 off). Both had problems with the watch-bands. One of the watches, had a stuck second hand, that is, it keeps time but the second had doesn't move - it's broken. The packaging looks nice and makes you believe it's a high-end watch. There a gold-sparkly "International Guarantee" card which is useless. I emailed the company and asked for an exchange of the watch with the broken second-hand. They responded with an offer: how about a 20% refund? This was strange to me, and I explained that I only wanted them to correct the problem - replace or repair the watch. Response: Send it to China - they provided an address and obviously the price of postage exceeded the cost of the watch. When I mentioned this to them, they emailed back asking if I'd take a 30% refund? I agreed, figuring I better cut my losses. The refund never arrived. When I wrote them to inquire on the refund, they responded, take it up with the bank (credit card company), which I did. Still no response. Save your money and save the frustration of dealing with the company - the watches are cheaply made and will leave you unsatisfied. This is not a scam because you will get the watch, but they are not worth their price, and the service, including the so called "International Guarantee," is worthless.

This is my fourth Quartz watch, and certainly now my favorite!
First, it looks absolutely beautiful. Very clean style. It is the most comfortable watch I have ever worn. I highly recommend this watch if you're looking for a watch with lots of features, very nice looking and very comfortable. It also came earlier than I thought with 7 days.

I use mine as a paperweight! That' all it's really good for. Band is awful and pinches when it's not opening by itself!

Resizing the band didn't work, craftsmanship sucks, clasp doesn't work well, squeaks when the metal band moves.

On April 27,2020, I used my credit card to purchase a Nektom Smart Series Watch for $69.99 [Order # *******]. After the passage of approximately 12 weeks, I still had not received the watch so filed a dispute with my credit card company. Shortly thereafter, I did receive the watch in the mail and attempted to charge it with the charging device that came with the watch. When I did so, the charger fell apart. I then notified Nektom's Customer Service and requested a full refund after I explained what had happened."[Nektom has a 90 day Return policy.] "Chamberlain," Nektom's customer service representative, asked if I would be willing to accept a $10 refund instead of a $69.99 refund. I refused and told him I wanted a full refund. On July 20,2020, I returned the watch and the broken charger to Nektom's Customer Service in California via USPS Priority mail. After they received it, "Jasmine," another Nektom customer service representative, sent me an email stating that Nektom could not give me a full refund while there was a dispute pending with my credit card company. She advised that the company would give me a full refund once the credit card dispute was closed out. On August 22,2020, I notified "Jasmine" and "Chamberlain" that my credit card company had indeed closed out the dispute and therefore requested the full refund "Jasmine" had previously promised. They never replied to this August 22nd email nor did they respond to my follow up email of August 26,2020. I would not consider ever purchasing anything else from this China-based company. I gave it a one star rating but would have chosen a zero rating had that been an option.

NOT ACCEPTING RETURN they are asking me to send to china at my own expense.

Quality not good.

FRAUD People!

I made a purchase for two watches back in November 2024 and have not received my order since then total order was for $125. Since middle of December, I've tried to contact them with questions about not receiving the order and have not been successful to hear back from them. Absolutely not recommending this site for any purchase.
