Poor customer service, watch was dead on arrival, would not keep time. I thought it was the battery so I replaced it and still would not keep time. I emailed customer service and it took a couple of days to receive a response back. Their response was very odd, they asked that I take a picture of the watch. However I complied and sent a picture of the watch. It took a couple of days to receive a response again and this time the response asked would I take a replacement. I responded yes but never received a reply back, I tried again but to no avail. It appears after reading the review this is normal business practice for Nektom. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
