Myself, and a friend ordered multiple bottles of narcissist, and it was delivered with zero cents the company refused to believe us, and refused to refund. I even offered to mail the bottles back. They didn't change the formula because I have been making the same product for two years and now. I even ordered two other cents that I've been using for two years they have almost 0 smell after they are used in my product. I have also noticed a change in the consistency and how it works in our soaps, and it is basically unsellable. This company puts zero product information. You have no idea what you're getting. It is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with for Customer Service. I have already moved onto a bigger and better company that is completely transparent.

I just used it for the first and it is wonderful. When I got it I smelled the bottle and I couldn't smell much. I thought "Here's another loser but then I put it in my warmer and WA LA. It smells GREAT! Thank you

I think we paid around $30 for shipping for our order, and the order did not arrive. They claim it did with UPS and they are refusing to help further just for that fact. The worst customer service I have experienced. Will not be ordering from here again!

I make CP soap and other bath and body products for both men and women. Your Perfect Man fragrance oil is a best seller for me so please don't ever discontinue that one!

I forgot to log into my account this time to get points, and unfortunately they weren't able to apply the order to my account, but that was mostly my fault for forgetting to log in. Otherwise the experience was excellent, the customer service was wonderful, and the shipping was super fast!
