Nativeremedies is an online store for followers of a non-traditional medicine. I do not believe into effectiveness of homeopathic products they sell. My mother tried to treat me for dermatitis with this stuff with no effect at all.

But as for herbal remedies I think sometimes they can be even more efficacious and safe than some traditional medicines. And Nativeremedies offers good choice of that kind of products. They even have some products for pets that amused me first. Recently my dog had some problems with kidneys and used the Kidney Support together with some other medicines to cure him. Now he is completely ok.
As for my own health I prefer more reliable and tested products unless some minor diseases like a wart or a runny nose.

This company sells snake oil! Does not work!
Not only did it not help with joint pain, it upset my stomach so badly I could not continue to take it. I've never had a legitimate herbal remedy do that!
They are refusing to pay for a shipping label to mail it back to them. I should not have to pay to return a product that does not do anything close to what it claims to. I am 70, disabled and don't drive. I don't own a car or printer and can't go to a store to return it due to being at high risk from Covid. This company has no heart or concept of good customer service!

I ordered two items from the pet division of Native Remedies (Pet Alive) the shipping took forever but not a big deal. My cat then got a cold so I ordered that herbal remedy for him but did the overnight shipping since I needed it immediately - I ordered it on a Thursday night it came (is suppose to be coming) on Monday.
I called and talked to a customer representative who was absurd saying they couldn't control the delivery services schedule then I emailed and got an equally ridiculous response from the company saying it says "one business day"
Basically beware - I will never order from this company again. They didn't offer to give me a discount my money nothing.
If they can't even do shipping right who knows where and what are in those herbs they're selling.

I received a promo email ordering directly from the Native Remedies offering 30 percent off, free shipping, and a free bottle of lavender essential oil, so I took the bait. I had read some negative reviews but wanted to give the company a chance. My order came within a couple of days but I was charged the full amount and was charged for shipping. Plus I never received the free bottle of essential oil. I will never order from this company again. The dishonesty of this company makes me question the quality of the product.

Beware! Native remedies will withdraw from your credit card with out any notice. I purchased some vitamins for my daughter, they sent a message regarding a refill and that they would debit my account for it. I called and said I did not need a refill yet, and do not want any automatic withdraws to come out of my account. I told them I would call them when I needed a refill. To my surprise a non-sufficient fund fee from my bank came through. They debited my account with out my consent! There was no record of me calling in (of course)! I told them they need to call my bank and tell them they were not supposed to withdraw from the account. They said "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO SORRY!" They are only aout money here, not the customer!
