Was in New Mexico and needed GPS in areas I was in and not to look down to my phone taking my eyes way off the road to see where I was.
National always has the best selection of vehicles to choose from. Customer service is excellent and helped me find one when I thought one wasn't available. Definitely recommend them.
Upon arriving at Louisville International Airport (SDF) and retrieving my rental car, I was exceptionally well-served by Curtis Jones. However, a few days later, I encountered an issue with my car and was unable to drive it. I contacted the Manager, Henry, who promptly assisted me and demonstrated exceptional kindness. As I was in need of a replacement vehicle, Henry provided me with a better option.
During my subsequent visits to Louisville, Kentucky, when renting a car from National, I have consistently received excellent customer service. However, this experience was particularly outstanding. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Curtis Jones and Henry for their exceptional assistance.

Overall customer service at the Norfolk airport branch was horrible. Over 4 years with just national and a corporate account. They did nothing they said they'd do prior to my trip, and then wouldn't honor it because the trip had began. No sympathy, empathy, or accountability at all.
Emerald Isle access was easy to pick up the car. Drop off was easy as well. Car was very nice and I was able to maximize my time in DC. I always am happy with emerald and this was no exception.
The van was new, clean, and worked well. The van had a ton of storage space. The man who helped us pick it out was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!
