The customer service is not helpful and is non responsive most of the time.
I did not sense any real concern for the consumer with Natasha Club,
They lead you to believe that they are working for you.
There outcome is pre determined, they acted as if there were no problem and they would fix it.
I think people should stay away from this company, you will just be frustrated when dealing with them. I tried talking to them and the man on the phone felt that I should deal with Nadia.
Really? This was the customer service person that gave me the complete run around.
Stay away from this company.
On their page it says "Only if someone responds and you decide to continue correspondence, then you pay for translation of the messages between you and the lady." That is not quite true: acc. Support, in order to actually get the contacts from a lady, one has to exchange 15 paid messages, no matter if translated by them or not, which usually cost between 5 and 10 of their credits. The "cheapest" way to get 100 credits is to pay US$ 100,-
Anyway it is awkward knowing that each and every love-letter is read by s.o. From natashaclub...
And one keeps wondering if all the ladies there are real.
When things seem to be good to be true (and ladies to beautiful to be true) they usually aren't...
We do our best to ensure that all the women on the site are real. All newly created female profiles are subject to approval by a moderator and are not activated unless they contain a valid phone number, and their IP address matches the declared country. We also have the passport data and video confirmations of most of the women on file, and can request additional proof of their identity in case of doubt. However, we cannot guarantee that all the information you see in the female profiles is accurate, nor can we know the women's true intentions. If you have doubts regarding a particular profile, feel free to contact us, and we will try and determine the truth. In case a female profile turns out to be misleading or false, you are entitled to a refund of all the credits you have spent on the profile.
We cooperate with local dating agencies. These local agencies have professional photographers and makeup artists on staff that's why the pictures are of studio quality and ladies look so good. We encourage all our female members to add non-studio photos as well.
It is true that male members can receive a lady's contact information for free after they have opened 15 paid letters from her. Since the price for letters on the site varies from half a dollar to several dollars per letter, opening 15 letters may cost as low as 7.5 dollars.
We put in a lot of time and resources into verifying identities of our female members/monitoring their activity for warning signs/attracting new female clients/offering professional photographers' and translators' assistance/24.7 customer support, etc. We don't have any membership fees and sending messages is also free. The price for opening letters varies from 0.5 credit to 20 credits, so how much you spend in a month depends entirely on how many letters you choose to open.
On our site all profiles and messages are MODERATED. First all messages are checked automatically by a program, then the ones selected by various criteria may be reviewed by our staff.Except in rare cases nobody from our staff actually reads messages, they are just briefly checked for disallowed content.
I actually met a couple ladies from the website in person in February and found them to be real ladies and honest. I have continued to communicate off the website with one of them. She informed that the website sent out letters from her account (without her permission) to men trying to get them to pay for the letters. There are real women there and the local agency in Ukraine was very helpful but be cautious about the actual website. Be prepared to spend some cash to open letters that may not be legitimate.
We are sorry that you gave us such negative feedback despite the fact that you did meet "real and honest ladies" in person. We would like to emphasize that "the website" does NOT send out any letters. If some abuse with unauthorised letters was done, it was done by the same local agency in Ukraine that turned out to be "very helpful" and helped you to connect to the woman who then presumably defamed them.
We are working with local dating agencies that submit profiles and are responsible for the translation and communication. We only supervise their work, i. E. settle issues between ladies (or their translators) and our customers, decide on refunds for letters and punish them if their work caused any kind of inconvenience and spoils our reputation. Our local agencies organize meetings on a daily basis and we have many happy couples which you can check out here https://www.woman-from-russia.com/wiki/index.php/Testimonials
If you have doubts regarding a particular profile, feel free to contact us, and we will try and determine the truth. In case a female profile turns out to be misleading or false, you are entitled to a refund of all the credits you have spent on the profile.
So many bad reviews?! I have used this site for a few weeks but was not convinced by it. But really: I have seen worse! Yes, it may not be as reliable as RussianGirls4u and I am sure it has less members than Anastasia but I would not call it a scam! Just my opinion.
Dear Lewis,
Thank you for your opinion! Unfortunately, unsatisfied clients tend to be more vocal than happy ones. We are not collecting reviews on this platform. One can read some of our success stories here https://www.woman-from-russia.com/wiki/index.php/Testimonials but most happy customers prefer not to advertise the fact that they met their partner on a dating site
Look on vk, to this page, it shows it all. https://vk.com/public*******
THEY PAY WOMEN TO POSE FOR ADS< then the interpreter takes the letters. Anastasia, Fashion Bride, etc...
Just another corrupt Ukrainian site. 21,000 false ads. Do not pay per letter or per minute for chat, ever!
Ukraine date. Only way to go!
The group https://vk.com/public82939533 has nothing to do with us. As far as I can see, they are just hiring interpreters for different sites.
ATTENTION, CHEATING! Its a big shame for me, but I tried to work there and they force to write instead of girls, not just translate and in the end when I earned a lot of money for them, they disappeared and left me without anything! There are a lot of poor girls who work for very small money, communicating with men and at the same time its just work. I am asking all men who are reading this, please stop this and leave this site, don't give these cheaters your money and these girls will probably find their way in life.
Agree with others here. Do NOT get lured in with the deluge of gorgeous photos because that is all they are - photos. And that's as close as you will ever get to the girls.

We are arranging meetings, video chats and gift deliveries with photo verifications so we can guarantee that these women exist. Whether you can win their heart and soul, we cannot know.
Total ripoff aimed at stealing money from men, they employ a bunch of ladies to rope you in and then want hundreds of dollars to contact them and then do not allow them to communicate with them
Male members can receive a lady's contact information for free after they have opened 15 paid letters from her. In order to receive it after 15 letters, you need to request it from us. Once you have reached 15 letters please visit a lady’s profile and click on an item on the Custom Menu in the girl's profile titled "Request contact details" (the item appears after 15 letters). You can make phone calls or videocalls through us or directly (if you have already obtained this person's contact details) which enables you to get personal experience of communication. In i case of a continuing doubt a client can always recur to our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and request a return of money spent within the last 30 days
Dear men, please, don't you ever believe this site, I worked here and my job was to lie to all of the men who just wanted to find a wife. I know, it sounds horrible, and it is actually like that. I want to tell you how it works. The woman you see at the photos is just a model, she probably has a boyfriend or even a husband, but they pay to her, just for her photographs and contact information. And they pay to her very good money. What was payed for? For writing to men from her name, I was pretending that beautiful girl and was creating different stories just to pay attention of men. I feel very bad because of that, now I don't trust marrige agency. Every letter that you buy, it's a letter of one more lier, don't you even think about meeting, they will just ignore you or find for you different girl that will make awful impression of herself and you will return to your country with no woman, bad mood and maybe a little money, because if I understand right, this letters are expensive. Please, don't trust them, don't waste your money, better go to the park, club, just go outside and meet your lady there, but not in natashaclub. One of that girls is Lady_Romantica. You may know her or no. Very interesting story, that can make you sure that this is true, but everything there is a lie, and just for you to know that on your questions can answer 35 years old man. I wish you to find your true love without this horrible experience.
None of our employees writes any letters on behalf of our members. However, we do work with local dating agencies that submit profiles and are responsible for the translation and communication. We only supervise their work, i. E. settle issues between ladies (or their translators) and our customers, decide on refunds for letters and punish them if their work caused any kind of inconvenience and spoils our reputation. We monitor the activity of our local agents and analyze all related complaints on a daily basis which helps us to ensure that there are no abuses on part of our local representatives. If this report is true and not our competitors' defamation strategy we are very sorry to learn that one of the local agencies might have used such foul practices and dishonest employees.
We urge our members to be on their guard and notify us of anything suspicious. In case a female profile turns out to be misleading or false, a member is entitled to a refund of all the credits spent on the profile. Lady_Romantica is not found in our database.
Hi, I do think there are a lot of scammers, but if you are realistic and ignore all the ridiculously hot models that bombard you with messages just to earn money on the guess that you'll find it hard to resist their replies, then you just may be able to have done success. I actually think my paranoia over my girl being a scammer ruined my chances with her. I got every penny back I spent on credits, and that was after having all my credits reloaded before that. There are certainly girls leading men on, I guess each agency has different arrangements, but I definitely had correspondence with a real girl, punctuated with crappy letters that blatently came from translator's stock reply. It was maddening, but had I navigated it better...? I have the girl's email from after the 15 letters, but 1st international were honest in that the translators would lose the money I was refunded. It all comes down to how common internet access is for some of these girls. If it's true they rely on the agency, I think I blew my chance with a girl I really liked, but I just couldn't accept that she could only get to her email twice a week! I never got scammed, got all my money back, but might have lost a girl. I'm now on elenors models, but they are obviously a much richer clientel. The response rate there is about 50% for me, and they all seem to have degrees
Dear Sam,
Thank you very much for your review. Our clients are always welcome to send us any evidence about our ladies and their local aencies because we check them daily and would be happy to get rid of unreliable profiles. And naturally this will result in a refund. We did return the credits for the agency that turned out to be untrustworthy and no other website can claim that it never happened to them but we took our responsibility for it.
Hi, I live in Ukraine. Recently I was looking for a new job. I read the job ad: "The marriage agency is looking for the interpreters. It was natashaclub, who printed the ad. I thought the job was to translate the letters from the foreign men to Ukrainian women and vise verse.
But as it turns out, the "interpreter" gets photos of the girl(s) and starts questing for men on the web-site. The "interpreter" gets 40-45% from the cost of each letter that reads a man. At the same time the girl, whose photos are on natashaclub, does not get the slightest idea about whom "she" rights and what she rights! Yes, this girl applied to the Agency a year ago, but whether she wants some relationships now nobody knows and nobody cares about this fact.
More than that, a man may make present to the girl he likes through natashaclub. The girl "gets" the present. The Agency hires a photographer, who makes pictures of this girl with the arms around the present. Then the Agency takes from this present and the "interpreter" sends photos to a man. The girl gets 24% of the present's cost. The Agency all the rest. I think, you've already understood that the present on the photos is just a waxwork.
I am very sorry about my country and about the people, who want to earn money this way!
I wish you empyrean love and true relationships!
Galina. *******@hotmail.ru
We don't think that "Galina" is really a random unemployed girl who decided to warn people about a business out of kindness of her heart. We have never been hiring this way and her claims about conducting our business, could have never been learnt from a job ad. "Galina" is more likely our competitor's employee who is making up stuff. The claims that she made, do not make sense. We are working with local dating agencies that submit profiles and are responsible for the translation and communication. We only supervise their work, i.e. Settle issues between ladies (or their translators) and our customers, decide on a refund for letters and punish them if their work caused any kind of inconvenience and spoils our reputation.
It does not make sense for local aencies to write letters without a girl's knowledge if they keep in touch with her to deliver presents. Most of our gift deliveries are flowers which cannot possibly be held in store to take pictures for a man and then be taken back from a lady to use with someone else later. All in all, the tricks that "Galina" described, turn out to be more costy and complicated than doing an honest business.
Scam site. This site has been blacklisted elsewhere. This site is not to be trusted and here are the reasons why:
1. Inability to unsubscribe from the site and bombardment (story from no1reviews.com)

"I would like to warn anyone who is considering using this site to think twice before doing so.
I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to un subscribe for months and it appears to be impossible to get off their mailing list.
I have written to them a number of times with no response, trawled their website to find the un subscribe option, had an I. T. guy also go over the site to see if he could see something that I had missed etc etc all to no avail.
I have been forced to block them on gmail and divert all their emails to the trash bin.
Mails stay in the bin for 30 days; if I look in the trash bin it is full of emails from these people and I would just ask that they rather stop sending.
There should be a clear field to click on when you no longer wish to be a part of their club and that is that.
I would not recommend them to anyone due to this basic lack of etiquette and respect for a customers privacy."
2. Overexpensive to write and correspond (story from no1reviews.com)

"I have been using this site for about 6 months, and like the fact that my profile is there for the Women to see, and get in touch with me! But they get money from each letter I read from them, when they answer my letters, and the average cost is about $7-$8.00 USA $ per letter. Some are even over $20.00. It gets very expensive as I like to write everyday!..."
Natashaclub.com is a club involving corruption that should be cut off completely.
We are not a scam site. We would not have stayed in business for decades if we had been one.
1. We are not sure why the client had problems with unsubscribing. You just need to hit Change status in the Profile status area and then confirm that you want to delete your profile. (Control panel -> Member info -> Change status -> Delete account)

Pierdes mucho dinero y no obtienes nada.
We are sorry that your experience was not positive. There seems to be misunderstading, Per our warranty, after receiving a woman's contact information, you have 30 days to make sure the information is valid and she is able and willing to communicate directly and to submit a complaint if it is not the case. We do not expect that our members stay on the site after they exchange the required 15 letters. Moreover, we encourage our members to start communicating directly off the site. Ladies find it easier to correspond through the site because their local agency puts down and forwards their messages if they just call them on the phone and they do the translation.
However, if a lady discloses her contact info the agency is no longer interested in providing assistance for her and ladies have to use their email on their own.
We have an agreement with local agencies that they provide free access to personal email for their clients two times a week and ladies just need to come to their office. If a lady doesn't have any other means of using the Internet or doesn't know your language you will not be getting her responses as often as you used to when our staff was helping her.
I was writing with a few women although quite expensive. I decided to focus on the two women that I felt I had more connection with so I deleted an email from one of the women. She asked the next day why I deleted her message and this is why I know its a scam. The women would have no idea if their message was deleted much like if someone deleted an email from you. The only way they would know is if they were at the Agency with a view of all communications going back and forth. Its obviously someone at the Agency writing the letter. I questioned the "Lady" as to this oddity and she went radio silence...

Dear David,
We are sorry that one of our representatives was not able to help you and redirected you to the manager in charge. Some of our operators do not have full access to confidetial information, like credit card charges, complaints, etc. We always try to deal with each and every complaint/request that come from our clients and make impartial fair decisions but the human factor cannot be excluded when dealing with such sensitive matters as dating.
