I ordered yesterday via online of a Buy 1 Get 1 Adidas shoes for men and women. But I just noticed today that there is a defects. Now not sure if I bought a fake Adidas shoes! You can see a writing on it that we can't erase, the tongue does length is not the same and the lace hook in the tongue is also not proportion.

I think I have been using NAMSHI since 2 years now and hands down it is the best app I have come across in dubai. The whole process is seamless and with next day delivery. Look this is the best online shopping in the UAE, i got a size lower than what i was meant to get and they picked and exchanged it the same day i made the request on their website... my cousin ordered for me for my birthday with his card on my page. They requested i send the ID card which i did, they told me it take more than 24 hours to clear which meaning i wouldnt have gotten it on my birthday which was the next day... i explained to them i needed it for my birthday and they promised they will deliver and they did right on time for my day... NAMSHI ROCKS! THEY HAVE NEVER EVER DISAPPOINTED ME. THEY ARE THE BEST

Good quality clothing and accessories. Excellent customer service too. I had to return an item because the product turned out to be small... first hour in the morning of the day after I called, a representative came to get the item back. My account was also credited with the amount of the returned item the next day. I love shopping at Namshi.

I was worried when I read some of the reviews on Namshi. In all honesty, after reading them I had expected the worst from Namshi. Most of them were very negative. I, however, was very impressed with what I received. Namshi was very quick to respond to my emails and queries. I ordered a pair of Nike Rosheruns and they arrived at my house in Doha within 4 days, which is much shorter than I had expected. I was able to pick a date and time period for them to arrive as soon as the shoes had cleared Doha customs. It is evident that the shoes are 100% authentic as I've gone through all the checks to ensure they are not fake, and I am not dissapointed with what I received. The delivery man was not so friendly and they struggled to find my place, but I suppose that is to do with Aramex and not neccessarily Namshi themselves. It is clear that from some reviews, some customers were unhappy with their service. In my experience, however, this was definitely not the case and I would definitely recommend Namshi to others.
