I ordered a Love Moschino bag and it is fake. I assumed it was authentic as stated in their website, but the packaging and everything is obviously low quality: dust bag is not silk, it's a type of a cheap fabric and the name is just printed, no serial code. It is very obviously different to an authentic Moschino bag.
So my girlfriend was looking for a bag and found a Moschino bag that we thought looked cute. We were expecting a product that has superb overall quality, instead we received a product that has poor packaging, subpar quality of the bag's dust bag, and the stuffings inside the bag to maintain it's shape was just dreadful. There were scratches all over the bag and overall was just a bad product. This led us to believe that they were selling fakes, my girlfriend is no stranger when it comes to bags and when you feel the product, it certainly feels like it was just a cheap knockoff
So I normally live in the UK but I'm living abroad temporarily so I obviously still have the UK's phone number. Anyway when I tried to do an order, Namshi put my order on hold and when I contacted the customer service, they said they would need my contact details again. They replied to me that they cannot accept my phone number since it's the UK's and not the country's that I'm ordering to. In this point they had already taken my money and for refund they gave me these Namshi credits and well, I tried to order the same item again. The second time I used my friend's phone number because at least it has the country code that Namshi accepts... Well turned out they put my order again on hold and I've paid my items now twice like what is this, is this a joke or something? Not even able to get my money back! I've never had a problem making orders while living abroad and using the UK phone number. This seems like a scam website, stay away from this!

I only ordered once from their website, it was an awful experience. Their customer service is bad and once something goes wrong they won't refund and eventually they stopped responding to my messages and ignored me completely. Scam website. Avoid them.
I got a fake Hugo boss perfume. I never want to shop. They charge high for lesser volume. No return policy for perfume. Not sure about other products.
I bought 2 perfumes from Namshi, Calvin Klein Eternity and Obsession, both are fake, stay away from this website, dont waste your money, and they dont accept any returns, do not buy anything
This place Namshi deserve ZERO stars. I've been shopping online for over 10 years and this has to be my worst shopping experience ever. I do not know who is running this place! Because everything other than products photos on this site is fake. I had a terrible experience with Namshi a few years back and I thought I might give this place another try, maybe they improved. I was obviously wrong! I bought one item and I paid with credit card for which I received a confirmation from my bank. I never received confirmation email from Namshi. Two minutes later I received a call from Namshi, someone that I can hardly understand what she was saying. She was so rude, she literally has no knowledge what so ever of customer services. When I finally asked her why is she calling she replied "Nothing, salamtik"! How can this be acceptable? How did this ill mannered unprofessional person find her place in customer services? Shame on you Namshi! If that even a legitimate site. I will never order from this place again.

I ordered for more than 1200aed. Two weeks after, the customer service asked me for my address (?!?!?). I gave them ( the same as I already gave when I ordered). And NO NEWS, NO REPLY, NOTHING.
So, one week after I sent a mail again to ask where was my order. NO ANSWER. Finally I received an automatic mail to inform me my order was refund AS CREDIT ON NAMSHI.COM. Is it a joke or what? Do they really think I want to continue to buy on their website? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIEVES!
I ordered of their ITEMS coz there is a PROMO BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. Unfortunately I received one of their items and not getting the TAKE ONE PROMO. And the QUALITY of the product is not good. Totally fake. So avoid this app to INSTALL.
They won't collect my return, have contacted endless amounts of time and no one is helping and no courier to collect it, so now I have items I don't want and no refund. Do not shop here.
I ordered one dress on the 13th they promised 1-2 working days and they didnt deliver it still today is the 17 and its Friday they are not working, the worst part is their customer support people they look like they are mocking me when I complain
I wanted to get a gift for someone so special for me but i don't live in dubai so i used my credit card but wrote her information and guess what? They took my money and they are holding my order and i am not even getting informed enough that if they do understand my emails or it's just a software answering me. Horrible website don't ever use.
I received wrong size due to warehouse mistake but they do not want to refund my shipping fee, be careful!
They took my money then asked for my passport details - I have never been asked for this from any site - illegal - do not give them your passport details - refusing to give me my money back
The plus points were the sizes were perfect as displayed and delivery was next day which was amazingly good.
The negative points were the choker neck tee was dirty and the fabric of all tops were poor. The tops were shorter than appeared in the pictures. Value for money but do not think will use the tops as much as desired. Wish I would have taken photos but got home and used stain remover to get rid of the stains and glad it's gone!
It so horrible and a disappointing experience with namshi. I will never order from them again. I'm still waiting since three days for my products and it is in the same city (Dubai). Tomorrow I'm leaving from here. They are also ignoring all my emails and inquiries. Once the online payment is done, no one will do his job! (bad customer service)

Look this is the best online shopping in the UAE, i got a size lower than what i was meant to get and they picked and exchanged it the same day i made the request on their website... my cousin ordered for me for my birthday with his card on my page. They requested i send the ID card which i did, they told me it take more than 24 hours to clear which meaning i wouldnt have gotten it on my birthday which was the next day... i explained to them i needed it for my birthday and they promised they will deliver and they did right on time for my day... NAMSHI ROCKS! THEY HAVE NEVER EVER DISAPPOINTED ME. THEY ARE THE BEST

I shop online for everything. Never in my life have I had such bad service, they put your orders on hold for no reason, then refuse to deliver your parcel and cancels without notice. When you call their customer service doesn't know what they are doing and keep repeating the same thing over and over. Avoid!
