The customer service is just non existent they keep telling you they will get back to you within 24/48 hours and never do, I'm at day 8 now. I've sold an item buyer claimed not as described sent me back their dirty old bag and I am now at a loss of a sale on top of my bag! On top of it they did not even wait for the confirmation of return before refunding the actual item and now are just not responding.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS AND THIEFS
I shop online for everything. Never in my life have I had such bad service, they put your orders on hold for no reason, then refuse to deliver your parcel and cancels without notice. When you call their customer service doesn't know what they are doing and keep repeating the same thing over and over. Avoid!
