It is really scary giving credit card information to a site that does not work. Trying to renew a domain, the site kept changing my entries to save my credit card info and turn on auto renew. Contacting help, it took them three days to get back to me, and they said add funds using a credit card, then check out. I followed their directions and got into a loop of searching for domains. The links to "manage account" did not work. Finally, I went to an old email with a link to the domain renewal and was able to get the job done. 8 tries over 5 days. Scary. Later someone emailed me and said they had fixed the website problems. I have not tried to use the website since then.
I used the Namecheap.com for 3 years and the information and services that they provide it's a exellent.
