It was a little bent but I just put a towel over it and ironed it down till it was flat again. The post service probably bent it, can't do anything about it. Still arrived after 2 days and I really like it!

The after sale service was quite impressive. I wrote to the team regarding the colour of the background, the reply was quick, and I got another card with good design for free. I was quite happy with the service of the team as well as the quality of the product. However, I gave 4 stars because of the colour of background, there is still difference between the PC/pdf and the actual card. I am sure the team will make it better in the future.

I love how customisable it is and the proses was really easy, like the customising and the paying. The package arrived in a perfect condition and in a good timing. The starmap is how i imagened it to be.
Great Gift to remember a special date or event. Ordered it a week before Christmas and it got delivered as promised on the website early enough (shipment to Austria.)
My daughters received these for one of their Christmas gifts and were so surprised! Really unique gift and works for any age. I will definitely order this again for friends and family.
