Es wurden bisher noch keine Erfahrungen gemacht, weiß nicht ob ich es weiterempfehlen kann. Es kann nicht sein wenn ich was zu so einem Preis bestelle, ich es verschenken möchte und muss dann noch nacharbeiten. ÄRGERLICH.

Zuverlässig und wie gewünscht wurde der Sternenhimmel auf dem Poster geliefert!
Die erste Bestellung kam leider beschädigt an. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, habe ich nicht nur umgehend Antwort erhalten, sondern es wurde anstandslos ein Ersatz verschickt. Besonders hervorzuheben gilt, dass nicht nur das beschädigte Poster ersetzt wurde, sondern die Bestellung samt Rahmen. Darüber hinaus wurde sich sehr höflich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und ein Gutschein für einen erneuten Einkauf ausgestellt. Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht und werde künftig erneut bestellen.
Dies war das zweite Mal, dass ich ein Sternenbild für eine Geburt bestellt habe. Obwohl mir nach der Bestellung einen Fehler aufgefallen ist, und ich es sofort per Email
Gemeldet habe, habe ich einen Gutschein erhalten und konnte die Bestellung innerhalb wenigen Minuten wieder neu aufgeben - top! Tolle Qualität und ein einzigartiges Geschenk.

Mein Poster kam leicht gewellt an. Nach einer Email und ein paar Fotos wurde mir direkt das Angebot gemacht, mir den Artikel ohne weitere Kosten erneut zuzusenden. Ich habe das Angebot dankend angenommen.
It was a little bent but I just put a towel over it and ironed it down till it was flat again. The post service probably bent it, can't do anything about it. Still arrived after 2 days and I really like it!
The after sale service was quite impressive. I wrote to the team regarding the colour of the background, the reply was quick, and I got another card with good design for free. I was quite happy with the service of the team as well as the quality of the product. However, I gave 4 stars because of the colour of background, there is still difference between the PC/pdf and the actual card. I am sure the team will make it better in the future.
I love how customisable it is and the proses was really easy, like the customising and the paying. The package arrived in a perfect condition and in a good timing. The starmap is how i imagened it to be.
Great Gift to remember a special date or event. Ordered it a week before Christmas and it got delivered as promised on the website early enough (shipment to Austria.)

The overall experience was good. The delivery was fast but the poster arrived with a few dents that I hope, once in a frame, they won't be visible.
