NACA has an excellent program for purchasing affordable home. The program affords homeowners to purchase a home with no down payment, below market interest rate with no PMI or excessive loan origination fees. I am in the qualifying process of of a NACA mortgage and I've had the support of NACA counselor guiding me through the process to make sure proper documentations are submitted. It is a long process but worth the time!

The entire process through NACA was really simple because I had the same representative the entire time. I recommend any new home owners to be patient with the NACA process because it will work out in the end.

Naca helped one of my friends to become a homeowner. Now she lives in a beautiful home with her family, and she couldn't have made it without the support from NACA.

I have had an excellent experience with NACA! I am still in the pre-qualification phase, but my counselor, Ellen, has been wonderful and so, so helpful. NACA's workshop and set-up with a NACA counselor (I was lucky enough to work with Ellen!) is making me feel more prepared than ever to become a homeowner- something I never thought would be in my future. I am very, very grateful to NACA for this support and empowerment and to Ellen for her patience and knowledge! I HIGHLY recommend participating in NACA's program.

I have just began the process. So far my counselor is very knowledgeable and ensures that I understand everything. I am excited to work with the company.

My name is Ricarno from queens NY recently joined Naca and currently going through the process my wife and I are trying to purchase a 2 family that we are currently renting and the landlord decided to sell, the process is a bit long but worth it so far we are very happy with our counselor as he's very helpful and just a phone call away so wish me luck naca fam hoping to be a home owner soon.

I have been in the counseling stage a year and a half. The requirements with paperwork are strict. I am still hopeful that I can move to the next stage soon.

I have had a great experience, expectations and professionalism and overall giving me an positive experience and confidence that I chose the best way to purchase a home.

I am writing this review to anyone in the NACA program or are thinking about it. It is so worth it to be a member and purchase through NACA. My counselor Erik Exum was so helpful in steering us in the path of the best home for us with great home equity. On the close of our mortgage we had 30k in equity.
When we hit bumps in the road NACA was there to counsel so that we did not lose our home.
We have since sold our NACA home in Charlotte, NC and have relocated twice. If any one were to ask me if I would use NACA again, I would tell them absolutely yes.

I would highly recommend NACA to anyone trying to buy a home. They are nice and friendly and go the extra mile to help you achieve your dream of owning a home. The process was easy.

Since last I wrote, I have learned & experienced so much with being involved in this program. As a reminder NACA, has No down payment, No closing costs, No fees, No requirement for perfect credit score and at a below-market interest rate. You can't get no better than that with todays market. I have learned what to look for when doing a home inspection as I was in contract back in December 2021 and upon doing the home inspection there were a lot of issues and the deal fell through. Know I could have brought the house because NACA also provides property renovation assistance and Membership Assistance for NACA homeowners. However, I wanted a home with less issues for my first year living there. NACA assist it's members through the whole home buying process as they have dedicated staff who are committed to working with you to access this incredible mortgage product and to advocate for strong neighborhoods and economic justice. I inquired with NACA at the encouragement of a coworker who purchased his home through NACA. He raved that getting a home through NACA was the best financial decision he ever made. This encouraged me to begin the process of obtaining a home through NACA. I began the process in December 2022, and I am almost finished with the prequalification process as of February! My counselor is Antonio, and he has been fantastic. Not only has he accommodated my schedule, but he has also been flexible when we changed the loan for just my husband and I to just in my name. I cannot wait to save thousands in closing costs and purchase a home in this difficult market.

I'm a licensed realtor going through the NACA homebuying experience, however I haven't been actively selling in the DMV area. After graduating from graduate school in 2018, I found myself attempting to navigate the job market with a humanities degree unsuccessfully and then COVID hit. In the past, I did assist clients that were interested in purchasing through NACA so I was somewhat familiar with the program. My counselor, Megan, has been very thorough and extremely helpful. I know with her assistance I will be successful.
