Generally I like how NACA supports people to become home owners. As NACA member, I met my counselor twice. She is very knowledgable and helpful in all requirements that needed for a NACA to become a homeowner. The process is still going on and I hope it will finalize soon.

I am very excited to be working with NACA. They have wonderful programs that will save me money up front and in the long run. My counselor is very helpful and does everything with a smile.

I started my NACA process in New Jersey and I would have to say that the Newark office was always very busy and it was hard to contact anyone. Since I have moved to Florida and am dealing with the NACA office I must say its like night and day. Getting an appointment was not hard for me to talk to a counselor and she was very nice and helpful. I have recommended this to my friend and she started her process.

This a good program to go through with buying a home. As a first time home buyer it's really easier than I thought.

We been trying to get qualified though the NACA program for a few months now, the process has been taking longer than expected due to COVID. But we been patient and doing our best to provide all the requested documentation to get qualified soon. We know that this is the best program and also our counselor Sharon Bogney has been very helpful guiding us through the process. We are so excited that NACA will be helping us get out fisrt home we been waiting for a few years now but it looks like the marktet will not be crashing anytime soon. We are first buyers, and a friend recommended Naca to us and we decided to try even without knowing how and with fear because our first language is Spanish and we didn't know if we would find someone with the patience to explain each step, but thanks to God Naca has service in Spanish and they assigned us To someone in Spanish, we are very grateful to Mr. Antonio Coronado because he has advised us very well and has been patient with us in mistakes that we have made due to not knowing, but with him we are already learning how to do everything in order, especially regarding the budget.

It has been months since I begun the process with NACA, and I must admit with my impatience the Counselor in which was assigned to me has been very kind, courteous and patient with me on this journey. What I thought was a end to the paper journey I was advised that I must have a transcript from 2019 in which the IRS due to covid pandemic is far behind in completing. Therefore I am stuck with anxiety, anger and confusion waiting on this last document before hopefully getting approval to look for my first home. My failure to understand is why can't NACA accept the original tax 1040 form that was filed on my behalf for 2019 instead of delaying a tedious arduous process which could possibly take me into 2022. I am well pleased with my counselor Dwayne but I am drained with the process. To all looking to purchase first home through NACA be patient and Pray.

Process is a bit slow but they offer a ton of different incentives that other lenders dont. Be prepared to wait a while to get thru the process but otherwise its a great program!

NACA is such a wonderful Organization with fantastic and fabulous programs. It has the best mortgage program in the country: no down payment is required, below market fix rate, no closing fees or cost, credit score is not considered.
I have had a couple of dedicated and knowledgeable Counselors. I am sincerely grateful to be working with my Counselor, Shimanta of the Minneapolis office, who has been patiently and continuously working me.

NACA is a program that works for the challenging situation. No credit score, no closing cost, low rate (with buy down) and more. This is the only way at this time I can purchase a house.

I did not plan to purchase a home when I learned about NACA while listening to NPR. The process requires many documents and my counselor has been helpful answering my questions. I share the NACA program with friends who are considering a home purchase.

I think you can't beat what NACA offers—no down payment no closing costs, no PMI, it's a conventional not FHA, and they disregard your credit score, and they offer the NACA buy down which is a 2-1 buy down. You have to upload bank statements and stuff like that which is a nuisance but worth it. It's quite a long wait to get your first appointment so not a bad idea to get started way sooner than you think you want to buy. I think that after they started doing the online webinars instead of in-person, a flood of members started to join, so the counselors have a lot assigned to them. My tip is—the squeaky wheel gets the grease you know, you gotta stay on it.
