I have been a member of NACA for a couple of years now. My current counselor Darryl Hughes, wears many hats with NACA and will do his best to get you qualified and approved to buy your home. I have learned a lot about the home buying process since being a member.

I am currently participating in the NACA program and am finding their information to be so helpful. I was encouraged by my friend to use NACA to be a future homeowner. I am excited to start the process. So far i have been doing good completing all the requirments for homeowner qualifucation. I am so excited to find a service like this because buying a house for the first time is so not easy. Counselor and agent are helping me prepare for the next steps. They are also helping me to know the saving and managment of my income. I am still in the process, but so far it's good. I am hoping I will be homeowner soon.

I just attended the NACA introductory webinar. There was so much helpful information! It's required for NACA membership and well worth the time spent! Thanks to Tim, Shim and Marcella for answering all of the questions and making it easy to move forward with the application process. I'm so excited to be a part of their movement to make homeownership a possibility for so many who otherwise couldn't find it possible.

NACA is a fantastic program for homeownership and I'm extremely excited to be part of it! I've been assigned to a brilliant counselor LaJundra Carr. She is knowledgeable, extremely smart, professional, honest, respectful, wise as Solomon and has the patience of Job! Yes the process is intense, at times grueling but if you do your due diligence and follow the Action Plan, home ownership is not far off. Stay the course and keep the faith! Thanks NACA!

I found out about the program through a retaliator agent who just so happen to be showing a home to her client and my daughter in law was looking at the same home. She asked us had we heard of NACA and we said no. She gave us her card (I lost it). I decided to give it a try. I've been part of the program for about a year now and on my way to being a homeowner.
They have great counselors and webinar to help you along the way. The thing I like most is your credit is not an issue and there is no down payment. I am learning a lot in this chapter of my life and looking forward to homeownership.

Naca is an excellent option for home buying. The program provides counseling guidance and resources to a wide range of homes helping individuals and families achieve their goals.

I am in the process of trying to buy my first home with the NACA homebuyers program. I chose the NACA program because they are all over the states. So far I har nothing but good experience with the program, my counsellor is very helpful and works well with me and ensures that I am aware of what I need submit and what my next steps are

NACA membership has afforded me the opporunity to create literature for candidates and take voters to the polls. NACA has promoted voting in a positive way to create ways other can help voters have their voices heard.

I'm excited to be on this first time homeownership journey. Praying I will be approved very soon. Money management is a must along with lots of patience.

Thank you Michelle for introducing NACA to me. In December, I took the first step of purchasing my first home. What was that step? Attending one of NACA seminars about home ownership and it was the best decision I could every make. After joining NACA, I couldn't wait to get my first counseling session to see how long it is going to take me to get into my home. Yesterday, I was so excited to have my counseling session! It wasn't a shock to me about some of the things that were mention to me that I needed to change. However, it showed me if I really want to get my own home that I have to get out of my own way and start be more disciplining in my budgeting and finance. I can't wait for my next session with my counseling because he will see a big difference. Thank you NACA!

So far the process has been ok. I was rescheduled 3 times before speaking to a counselor. She was very detailed and please keep documents they will request them multiple times.

So as the low quality organization called NACA who hiring people who UN respect the people at all i was registered with your agency because some friends from other states was give positive feedback for that encourage me to enroll but I didn't know i will be a person like other fall in this dark hole and what i see just lose membership FEES and down score credit nothing otherwise consular not responding and un respect clients customers service not answering the phone at all i don't know honestly if you still working or NO but the days will discover what is this naca.
