NACA is a great program with many opportunities to own your home. Councilors are great however the program's systems to upload documents is unfriendly. NACA need to make it simpler for who are interested in the program to use. It should be user friendly.

Became NACA Qualified and are now searching for our forever home. The NACA program allows us to save money - no down payment, no closing costs and no PMI. Although the qualification takes some time to get approved, we have learned so much about how the mortgage process works. Thank you NACA for helping us in our home search!

I booked our NACA Orientation last May and got a spot in July. The first appointment with my counselor was last October 1st! Lakera is very professional and very easy to work with. She is helping us get all the things we needed to get approved for our mortgage. A ton of paperwork/uploading to do but worth it. Will get approval for our mortgage soon. We are very excited about our journey to becoming a homeowner very soon. Why not give it a try? No need for a down payment, no PMI, no closing cost, below-market interest and you can have interest buy down too. It's worth the wait. Patience is the key!

I am greatful for the NACA home buying program. Although am still in the process of getting approval, I feel encouraged because I have a wonderful counselor. Ms. Gwendolyn is super patient, helpful, encouraging, and has great spirit. She answers all my questions and is so deducated to guiding me through the process every step of the way. She accommodates me with appointments and is always pleasant. With her continued guidance, I feel confident that I will be moving in my own home soon.

I recommend NACA to all who are seeking to purchase their first home. I greatly appreciate the collective effort behind NACAs success in home-purchase counseling and advocacy. I am in the qualification phase currently. My counselor is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient in the counseling session. I look forward to continuing in NACAs methodic and proven process. I am eager to become a NACA home owner. The benefits one gains through NACA are unheard of. NACA is a wonderful program! The program prepares you for homeownership all the while assisting you with budgeting & saving money as well! It is definitely worth pursuing if you want to become a homeowner. Low interest rates, no down payment or closing costs & its not credit based as well. You still have to be credit worthy & make payments on time. Ill be closing soon.

One of my close friends bought her house through NACA and she referred me to them. I've been working with NACA since July and my process has been sooooo smooth. You do have to upload a lot of information but it's all worth it in the end because they save you tons of money. I've recently been sent to qualifications and now just waiting to hear back. My counselors have been so very sweet and kind and you can really tell they love their jobs. I've heard so many bad things about NACA from so many people but that just goes to show me that you cannot go by what other people say. You have to do things for yourself. I LOVE NACA

I have been in the NACA process for over a year. My counselor is amazing in explaining the step by step process. One of the most important things I have learned was this process, it helps gets you finances in order tp prepare you for the home buying experience. I would highly recommend using NACA and their outstanding knowledgeable counselors!

The NACA program is designed to help you purchase a home with no down payment and low interest rates is great. However, I think some changes should be made to make the program more efficient. We have been NACA members for over 2 years and we've had 5 different counselors. We have given them everything they need. We realize that there is probably a shortage in staff, but there is too much time in between meetings with your assigned counselor.(usually 3 months or more) The new office in Atlanta on N. Peachtree is nice, but I think an email should have been sent to members letting us know that they had moved from 160 Clairmont in Decatur. Nevertheless, we will continue to work with the program to hopefully get a home soon. We will recommend the program to others.

I applied for a job here was hired when I seen the broker calling agents lady not there first name I knew off the top I was not going to make one dime he is greedy and I am not paying him for a lead that belongs to the company

Hello, my name is Craig Degale. I am so happy to have this opportunity to be involved with the NACA program. I have learned so much in this short time. I like working with my counselor, she is so supporting, caring and patient with me in this process.

Joining Naca and starting the homebuying process has been a great experience. Every counselor and team member that I have encountered has been very helpful and giving great information about the program. I am satisfied with my experience with naca so far.

NACA is a great program to purchase a home. No down payments, no closing cost, no PMI, and if qualified lower interest rate. We won't qualify for the lowered interest rate, but we hear that NACA offers lower interest rates on the average. What attracted us to NACA is the no closing and no PMI part of it. I think there is quite a saving to be attained by doing NACA. We attended the initial workshop at the end of last year and started filling out the NACA Form this past month. We found the workshop to be informative. Gathering documents to complete the form is arduous. We had our first counseling session last week but came back with a little bit more of a homework to tie up some loose ends. We are close to completing the additional documents we were asked to provide, we hope to meet the counselor and get approved. Even though, the qualification process is stringent, we think NACA is worthwhile for the value in saving it provides.

I started program in 2021. Still working on it. Initially I was so frustrated, completely exhausted, depressed. 1st counselor was not very helpful. 2nd counselor is so helpful and knowledgeable. The time it takes, the lack of follow up, not responding to texts and emails make this program very difficult to maneuver. This is a good program. Patience is definitely a good thing.

I have been a member of the NACA program for over a year. In the past 5 months, I have been working with my counselor to get approved for a mortgage. This has not been an easy process, but I'm hopeful the results will favorably compensate for the process. My best advice is to remain patient with yourself, the process, and your counselor. NACA is a great program.So far my wife and I have a great experience.We had our first intake 2 weeks ago, it went very well just a couple things to upload then we will be ready to submit for qualification.We have one of the best counselor, his name is Benard Obichie from Buffalo NY he did a good job and answered to our questions and he also responded to email.
I recommend everyone to try NACA because this is a great program with no down payment, no closing cost, no consideration for credit score.
