Speed of Service good but quality lacking. I ordered some reading glasses and they were too small. They seemed to be made for a child. Regardless, quality was poor. Price was right (very inexpensive) but I guess I got what I paid for. Speaking of,. I never got $$ back months later. I figured my time was more valuable than the $5.41. Would NOT recommend

You get what you pay for

Ordered a charger dock for my galaxy gear watch. Got a different dock that overheats (when it finally decides to connect) and took 8 hours to charge my watch and not even at full percentage it stopped at 89% and would not reconnect for further charging. But again you get what you pay for and that's what you get when buying cheap products online so I can't really complain. Everyone has their own opinion and yes for me being cheap I'll buy from them again...Maybe

Refurbished iphone

I order and iphone for my son. So I didn't want to spend to much money because he is only 10 years old. I did know it was refurbished before I purchased it so knowing that I knew it would of been used. I order it the beginning of dec 2021 and I got it activated and so far so good no problems he love it and would definitely do business with them again. Thank you

Zero customer service

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note9. The product has a defective screen, rendering it completely unuseable. Tried multiple times to email them about it, received no response whatsoever. They have my money, I have a piece of e-waste.
Seriously, do not buy from these scammers. I regret not doing my homework.

Ordered a small glass digital scale from N1wireless company, through Walmart site. Did not notice they were a third party and sorry that I didn't see that. Product arrived in FedEx cardboard envelope type with all broken pieces - just like a puzzle. Walmart reached out to company and gave them 48 hours to respond but company sent unprofessional email stating they would credit 30% if I wanted to keep item (who wants broken pieces of glass) or return the item. N1wireless did not send their FedEx number or even an address to return to. To return via FedEx is dangerous for anyone touching the box as it is all glass - and FedEx costs more than the item. Walmart stepped in and credited account and promised to review the many complaints of this company to determine if they would remove their products from their site. Walmart shoppers: take the time to scroll down on item description. If the item is not sold and shipped by Walmart, don't order.

Electronic kitchen scale

I've recently been doing a lot of baking as in sourdough bread. Needed a scale to measure grams and ounces. But this would be too small but was wrong. Turned to be just right. This well in the kitchen and adds a little bit of character & fun to use...

This pieces of $#*! are the most unprofessional $#*!s ever. They offer products that they don't even have in stock and take several days/weeks to inform such stupidity; of course in the meantime they use your money and take months to refund. Stay away of this crap and find professional companies.

Review of oximeter

Purchased finger pulse oximeter monitor. Upon receiving it, it would turn on but not give any reading. Contacted Walmart where I purchased it and they started exchange process. Next day, I received three emails from N1 all on the same day. First one asked if it item still wasn't working. Of course it's not working that's why I asked for exchange. Next email stated it was past the allotted return period- it wasn't. Third email stated new exchange item was shipped. All a bit confusing however I did receive the new one and it worked. Had to go online for instructions/directions The directions that came with the product were printed so small that even with magnifying glass were difficult to read.

Wrong color of phone.No response after 3 emails

N! Wireless got the worst customer service you can think about. I ordered S8 Edge phone and was specific about the color I want which is gold. Opening the package it was black that was shipped. I called the phone number on their website *******290 it's a non-working number and the other one *******290 at their shipping department hangs up on me without talking to anyone. Horrible company. Worst customer service.

Tried to purchase an s8 active. They took the 259 dollars then moments later I received an email saying they didn't even have it. That's all I ever heard I've tried to call, email. Posted a nasty message or two on their page. Do not order from these people.

Your not worth half a star.

My husband ordered a LG brand Bluetooth wireless headset, he got a pair of USED, COMPLETELY FILTHY, disgusting headset. Pictures attached, I tried to go to the website and there wasnt one, there wasmt even a site for the web address given on the order number receipt! So pissed

No customer service at all! They don't answer nor can you leave a message; it just cuts off after a few rings. I have bought three phones from them, one phone the first time and the camera died; I had no warranty. Stupidly, I bought two more Phones; a replacement for me and another for my daughter and the quality was worse. Neither phones work right and the wasted money on buying a warranty was a joke! My current phone is a real piece of garbage and they won't respond to my request for my paid warranty information. They are crooks and make my blood boil! Steer clear and save yourself from major anxiety when you need to contact them. They won't be there!

I ordered 2 phones and paid extra for expedited service (3-5 days) it has been almost 8 days that i didn't hear back from them. I called and emailed them 100 times but they didn't answered my calls and emails. Do you guys think it is scam? If yes, should i contact to my bank for claim? Thank you!

Very BAD experience.
I ordered:
-NEW phone(New - Open Box)
-with extra high quality screen protector.
What I got:
-hard USED phone
-with a lot of scratches
-no original box and with cheap bad quality charger
-WITHOUT high quality screen protector(I paid for it $3.99)
Also this phone has burn-in display! It was in use long time. I ordered new one, and I would like to receive new one, without scratches and with good display.
Support gave me just one option - return for my money. Why I have to loose my money for their fault? Terrible service!

I ordered 2 exact phones, 2 phones arrived, 2 different carriers, one phones keyboard worked, one one came with a non-working charging cable, one came with the sim card pin and they didn't have the same Android operating systems. I sent back the one that didn't have a working on phone keyboard (which is the one that had an older Android version and would not update) i had to email them saying the return arrived days ago according to the tracking number. They sent an email saying a replacement will be sent out soon and i will be provided a tracking number... That never happened, a month later, several phone calls with no answer or call back, several emails asking for an update... NOTHING. So 50/50 shot cause i ordered 2 exact items. Between both packages i have ONE full complete and working phone. Over a month now from when they received my return with nothing to replace it

Phone Charger

I ordered a phone charger and received it after about 3 days. Ive been using it for about a month. So far so good. It charges quick and has a thick cord so hopefully it lasts a long time.
