N! Wireless got the worst customer service you can think about. I ordered S8 Edge phone and was specific about the color I want which is gold. Opening the package it was black that was shipped. I called the phone number on their website *******290 it's a non-working number and the other one *******290 at their shipping department hangs up on me without talking to anyone. Horrible company. Worst customer service.

I got the Samsung Chromebook I ordered on Friday May 8th 2020.
I'm very disappointed when I opened the box and found out that it's a used one with scratches all over it.
It doesn't in any way looks like what was advertised on your website.
I sent 4 separate emails to you guys in *******@dailysale.com and *******@dailysale.com, but no one reached out to me or respond to my email.
I requested for RMA #, I did not get any. I had to ship it out by myself at UPS store. I bought it for $199.00.
I hope my refund will be given to me as soon as the mercandise is received.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure someone responds to you when you are sending a merchandise you are not satisfied with. After 4 different emails no one from Daily Sale responds to me. I am very frustrated and unhappy about their service.
I supposed to get a full refund on what I bought from them as long as it is returned within 30 days.
I shiiped it out by UPS after waiting for RMA # and did not get it.
It took more than 10 days before I get te awful over-used,scratced up all over and a piece of junk Samsung 7511
