Super slow, took them 2 days to scan the parcel - and then another 2 days to process it. They incorrectly classified one item, so now waiting 3 days for them to correct this, as customs will not accept the classification they used (which is wrong). I dread to think how much longer it will take, then they actually have to ship it to me. All of this while on a premium trial - definitely will not be renewing or using them again. 2024? If I am lucky.

I received an email to say I was be8ng charged for a package in my suite. I had not ordered a package. I used chat and was helped by Roderick, who resolved the problem promptly.
Website wasn't updating my parcel status. Tried countless times to get in touch with someone about my parcel and it's whereabouts. Finally managed to chat with Roderick who just went and dug out the info I needed. He was fast and polite in his answers. Definitely a great CS. Now I'll just wait at least I know my parcel isn't stuck in space.
I live in Australia and I was looking for a service to help my designer in the US ship me some wallcovering. The supplier would not ship direct. I signed up with MyUS and had it shipped to my suite there, they in turn reshipped it to me in Australia. I found their rate very competitive. I was provided a tracking number and could follow the package. FedEx contacted me separately for import and custom duties. I was initially concerned as the package had shipper delays due to the winter storm in the US. I would have liked to have been able to call someone at MyUS directly - I'm old school that way. As a call was not an option, I did email and was pleasantly surprised I got a relatively prompt reply. All in all I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend the service to others. The site is legitimate. I think the people that had issues probably didn’t read enough on the website and/or didn’t submit questions before engaging their services. I had a very positive experience. While I would have preferred to pick up the phone and speak to a person when I had concerns, I did receive prompt, helpful replies to questions that emailed.
