Hi,
I am wanting to buy goods from the US. I am based in Johannesburg SA, but have noticed not many companies from there want to ship to SA.
Is MyUs trustworthy?

I had no problems getting my package but they are outrageously expensive. I would not recommend them.

Hi Darlene,

What your planning to do, been there, done it and boy what an terrible experience. I live in Europe and the goods here are more expensive then in the US. So I though, Why not buy it in US and use a forwarding company. Conclussion. Too expensive. MyUs don't offer US postoffice service. They only offer internat. Delivery service. There fast but very expensive for consumers. My advice! Use Eb... com. Much cheaper, faster and Customer service.

Hi Dalene C, I'm in Johannesburg too and I use MyUs and I recommend it highly! Your packages get delivered to your door, no risk of SAPO losing anything. Looking forward to more shipping options being added.

Hi Dalene C. I love in Luanda, Angola, and I have been working with MYUS without any problems! My packages arrive on time with everything put in place! I Have a brother who also deals with MYUS without any problems also! I can assure you that since I started working with them I do not have any complaints! I think you should try and see what will happen!

Hello Dalene,
I am living i Italy and I am using MyUS now since years succesfully and without any issue. I had some problems some times that were cleared before I could even think to start to complain. Communication with them is excellent. For year 2015 I have been granted with fantastic delivery rate which makes shopping in US even more convenient.

I am from Kazakhstan, I love myus.com service. It's safe and easy to use. They are very fast in processing request. Highly recommended. There are a few websites that won't ship to myus.com, but it's store policy and goes to all mail forwarding companies. In fact I am happy with myus.

I'm brazilian and shipment didn't work. After hard work, I get back some of the spent value (almost 40%), but prejudice was cleary bigger (product value lost 100%).

Well if u they lost ur package they gonna refund you but it will take upto 2 weeks and u hve to contact them everyday to remind them
