Its been 26 days and I'm still awaiting the arrival of my package and I paid $61.49 for FedEx. Paid for the shipping on 2/09 and the packaged arrived in Texas on 2/13. On 2/20 I reached out to MyUK and they emailed me back 3 days later, but won't answer the phone or return voicemails. Also called FedEx that same day and they stated the customs documentation was not filled in. They sent me the document I needed to complete, but I needed info from MyUK, who would only respond every 3 days. When MyUK finally responded in email they gave the same info I've been getting from tracking the shipment, but I responded that they needed to do more because they were wrong. They did nothing of the sort so I continued to call and since their phone is automated, I've incurred $65 of international calling charges on my cell. I eventually smartened up and stop pressing option 1 for support and hit option 2 to join and they immediately answered the phone, not a surprise at all. I spoke with Jon Ball, who sent the first email saying "your package is on the way to its destination," and informed him of all the problems. I forwarded the document FedEx sent me to them and they finally completed it and sent it to me and FedEx on 2/28 and I also sent it to FedEx again just to make sure they got it. FedEx has the paperwork, but on 3/5, I'm still awaiting any update on my package. I would say avoid this company, but if you do join, best of luck!

While I do appreciate the service that the company provides as I shop a lot in the UK and Germany, also awesome I got 2 address for the membership price of one, the fees to then forward the packages on to me are way more than I'd like to spend as I'm shopping from each country weekly. That would simply price me out of the service all together.
Terrible. They don't work weekends. They don't respond to any inquiries except by email and it takes 2-3 days for them to respond. I used them twice, both times I was overcharged and the second time my items arrived damaged after they replaced them in a cobbled together box which was wrapped in a garbage bag! They will not do anything to make it right, they don't stand behind their service, all you will get is "it's not our fault". What's worse, DHL has had problems with them, so they won't eve honor any damage claims when they are involved. I can't stress enough how bad they are. They cost me hundreds of dollars.
I bought a £170 item in the UK mainland and shipped it to N Ireland. The parcel was wrongly sent to the Republic Of Ireland so it was being returned to myukmailbox so they could send it out correctly.
They knew the valve of the item and despite the package costing £170 and me paying £40 for delivery they say ups only covers up to £80.
It is their responsibility to get the parcel to me and if the courier loses the parcel its between them and the courier but they should refund me the full £170 plus the postage.
I feel I have been totally scammed.
Not upfront about true costs and they have the most expensive shipping I have ever seen and I buy stuff from all over the world. A $30 dress easier become a $300 dress! Company very unresponsive. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
My dealings with MyUKMailbox have been an awful experience. Similar to a scam, they drained me of my money step-by-step along the way, and left me with nothing.
It was supposed to be simple: I have Lindt chocolate valued at £100 forwarded through them to my home in the United States. My experience was anything but simple. From the hidden fees (of which they claim to have none), to me receiving my utterly destroyed package at their fault (whilst they claim to take "skill and care" in repackaging and dispatching the items, they did not account for the obvious: chocolate will melt in my climate. Despite knowing it was chocolate, despite dealing only with international consumers, and even after considering the frangibility of the chocolate by using "Fragile" marking tape, they did not take the "skill and care" necessary in packaging my items that would result in their proper arrival. Now I have two inedible chocolate masses; residue streaked across their packaging, and they refuse to help me any further.
Ver the course of this awful experience, I had been in contact with them throughout the month of May. They gave me a discount on the courier charges because they omitted information about Royal Mail shipping constraints, they refunded a membership I paid for because I pointed out that they are advertising a "Free trial," yet they still charged me.
After receiving my destroyed goods, they accused me of not considering my local climate and that the chocolate would melt DESPITE them only dealing with international consumers AND claiming to have "skill and care" in their packaging services. They informed me they would not reimburse me.
I'm not sure I understand why MyUkMailBox has such a low review rate on here.
I've been using them for more than a year, and they are absolutely perfect. They are indeed inexpensive compared to other sites like Shipito, and to date I NEVER received a damaged product because they use their brains to pack goods. It's not the case for MANY other companies.
Customer service is very dynamic and friendly.
Honestly I can't find any problem with them and I am VERY demanding.

Paid for Economy DHL, and parcel arrived in 5 business days. I am impressed, good job Myuk mail, a service you can trust, 5 stars. They repacked my stuff in one package to save space and money. As you can see in the pic attached, yuuhooo.
Have used them twice in 2013 and five years later. Equally bad customer service then and now. They're more than happy to take your money and have a glitchy system that has caused me several issues. Avoid at all costs, there are so many more services out there that provide a better service without demanding at least a monthly fee.
My item was sent to them, forwarded to a wrong address and... LOST. They received it in october and today no solution provided up today. Very sad, lost 90 GBP on my first try with them. Never again!. If you want to waste your money, use their service.

The second week I can not pick up my 3 parcels. They simply do not accept them, although they came to him 100%. Customer support first said that the store complained about the package, and then they started to ignore me. Only 2,000 pounds of goods. I paid for all the packages from my PayPal account, the packages came from 3 different stores. None of them were accepted into the warehouse. Think a hundred times before working with this company, there is a chance to just lose your money. If nothing is decided the other day, you will have to write a statement to the police. I hope to solve everything peacefully.
I have been writing in your support for a week. 4 letters sent. Both by mail and through your site. They do not answer.
I've sent a package to them. They lost it and they won't make good my loss. I lost over 100 GBP! That's a really bad company!
They changed their address without informing their clients, lost my 70+ EUR shipment and then spent 2 weeks looking for it, after finding they opened it and decided they can't forward it for some reason and charged me 13 EUR to return it to the sender. Honest to god advice: STAY AWAY

I pay them a monthly fee, but apparently they have a "storage limit" on packages now. I haven't been able to access my account and then logged back in to discover my packages have been "archived" IE: discarded. WTF kind of service is that?

Worst service ever! They changed their policies without notifying their customers. I used this service to import Prep into my country and they discarded a 3 months supply of my treatment without notifying me! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. They will discard your medicines AND NEVER TELL YOU.
The day after I ordered my Canon camera on Ebay, MyUKmailbox got the parcel, informed me about it and let me decide which courier agent to use to get it shipped to me. The next day my package was already in front of my door, well formatted and all this for a pretty friendly fee. A five-star forwarding service that worth the money!

Use their services to ship to Finland and everything runs perfectly in all cases. Previously, Ive used another company, but tried MyUKmailbox once and switched to them. My experience with MyUKmailbox has been first-class. They saved me when I was desperately searching for a brand coat for my sister and happened to find it on UK online stores, but with no USA shipping. I was a little concerned with this way of shopping but later understood there were no reasons to worry about.
It took me few minutes to set up my account, get a UK forwarding address and use it at the checkout for my brand coat. In less than 4 hours order arrived at the forwarding address, their stuff picked it up and announced me to set up the shipping time. So that in 24 hours my order arrived at my door in the USA securely packed.
The price was fair, with no additional costs. I used their cost estimation tool on their website and was satisfied to see that the prior estimation of final cost proved to be quite close to what I really paid for it.
