I pay them a monthly fee, but apparently they have a "storage limit" on packages now. I haven't been able to access my account and then logged back in to discover my packages have been "archived" IE: discarded. WTF kind of service is that?

Hi Kimberly,

I am sorry to hear you feel disappointed with our storage policy. We do display on our pricing page the maximum time a package can be held in our facility. We do also alert customers via email when packages are due to expire.

I can see that a member of our team has managed to recover your expired packages and the packages are now ready to be dispatched. We are awaiting your instruction on which courier option you would like to proceed with. Please contact our support team to discuss this matter further.
