It took over an hour to book a flight. Your site kept saying a flight was available, but when I went to pay I was told it was not. Of course this took 3 tries because by the time I got to pay, I was told that I had to start over as my search had expired. This was my first time to use your site... not good.

Was trying to book 3 tickets with 1 being for my toddler. It would not let me book it for her own seat. So wound up having to just book two seats and my daughter to sit on our lap. I called they told me to use the app which I'm in another country and trying to download the app wouldn't take to long. I dunno if you're going to optimize just for your app then don't make a website just revert everyone to your site. Extremely inconvenient.
First flight delayed 4 hours so I missed my self transfer connection. Went to the chat on My Trip and explained I had trip protection, asking how to proceed. All I got back were programmed responses based on key words in my requests. Worst response was "maybe just cancel your flight". I needed the first flight. What i needed was help with my transfer flight. And canceling it would get me a refund from the airline.
