First time using this service. I am satisfied with the end result and will use it again!

First. DO NOT believe any of the 5 star reviews. They are all bots and fake accounts used to increase the rating. Second. They are non-native English speakers. Company is based in Cyprus. Communication is very difficult. Third. Everything about the company is fake! They are not "professors", or people who have "PHDs". Even their profile pictures are fake. They are not subject matter experts at all! I paid a so called "professor" to do a homework. Request took so long that I ended up doing the majority of the work. Nevertheless, I submitted this work for review to them since there was time. No feed back was given and no indication if my answers were correct. "Professor" answered only two questions and the answers were so incredibly vague that it was likely done by AI. This company is a downright scam. Better do your own work and get a C instead of going through them in which you will get an F.

I paid nearly $400 for a PP slide presentation and got back something my 8 year old could've done much better. The PP slides that were used were what you can get on PP yourself. The grammar was horrible and the girl didn't include what I requested. Little did I know until after I paid that this company is oversees and there is a HUGE language barrier. I kept asking where they are located and the girl kept avoiding my question. Needless to say, I never used the generic, inexperienced PP the girl did. I did my own. What a complete waste of my money. I have requested a full refund and I'm still fighting for my money back.
