I paid nearly $400 for a PP slide presentation and got back something my 8 year old could've done much better. The PP slides that were used were what you can get on PP yourself. The grammar was horrible and the girl didn't include what I requested. Little did I know until after I paid that this company is oversees and there is a HUGE language barrier. I kept asking where they are located and the girl kept avoiding my question. Needless to say, I never used the generic, inexperienced PP the girl did. I did my own. What a complete waste of my money. I have requested a full refund and I'm still fighting for my money back.
Their website says satisfaction guaranteed, and the right thing to do is give me my money back.
Tip for consumers:
This company is a SCAM!! The site says these individuals are experienced, but that is far from the truth.
